This is Berta's Loft: extremely clean, pleasant to stay, full of amenities with towels and bed linen of the highest quality, kitchen utensils in excellent condition, place to feel very comfortable and at peace. It was the best stay I've ever had in my life .... and look, I've traveled a lot in this country on business and leisure countless times. The care of the owner went far beyond what we expected, everything very clean and perfumed, towels of the best brand on the market, decorated table, fully decorated and new apartment ..... now the view is for a few properties in this country, who wish world had the opportunity to enjoy at least one day of life in such a place. I recommend 200%.

The experience was incredible, the loft is beautiful and well decorated and it is super fragrant. Everything works super well. The view of the sea is incredible with sun or rain. The concierge staff were very friendly and attentive. As for Berta, I can only say that she was wonderful, she has a good mood, a sympathy in her voice and she just gave us good vibes. I loved everything and I highly recommend it.

Almost perfect, the only problem was that the building was being renovated, preventing sleep until later, due to the noise and in the main view of the room there was a screen that prevented the perfect view of the sea.

The accommodation with Berta was incredible, the location is beautiful, much better than we expected and Berta's kindness and care is something to behold. We will definitely come back!

What a wonderful experience! The apartment is beautiful, it has a sensational view to the sea, when I was on the balconies I felt like I was on a cruise again ... The infinity pool is a spectacle apart, watching the sunrise in front of the pool was one of the most beautiful moments we had, not to mention the photos we took, worthy of the magazine cover. As for the apartment and accommodation nothing to complain about, impeccable cleanliness and super cozy accommodation, everything available for our comfort crockery, towels and everything else, I felt like in my own home and finally the hostess is a wonderful person, first by allowing us to bring our 4-legged children, people who like Pets are the best! You could not find a more spectacular view of the ocean than the one in this apartment. It's fully equipped, quiet, nicely appointed and in a great building with an astonishing pool. Only 5 minutes from the beach as well.

The apartment is excellent! Everything very clean and comfortable. The mattresses are new and firm. Bathrooms with great showers. The kitchen is well equipped, but has no conventional oven, only an electric one. Jae is super quick to answer and clearly answered all questions. But the highlight is, without a doubt, the location. The sea view is out of this world! Wonderful. Sleeping with the noise of the sea is a therapy. You can go to the beach on foot, but the climb is a steep and steep slope. We used the car, but nothing that didn't hinder us. Great apartment! The location is very good, Aparecida beach on channel 7 of Santos. It is right on top of a Sugar Loaf. The apartment is very well finished, everything works very well (including air conditioning) and the cleaning was impeccable. Only point, which cannot even be counted against as it is not the fault of the residents, is that parking is too tight and larger cars may have a hard time getting parking spaces.

Mega organized room and kitchen with everything to suit 4 people, everything clean, well maintained and organized. My family and I were extremely comfortable in the environment. Location: Wonderful, one block from the beach, several restaurants nearby, markets, pharmacy, leisure (like Orquidario, historic center, Porchat Island) all as described in the pamphlets available in the Ap and sent by host Philipe who gave us several tips. Parking: there is no parking space in the building, but we left it in the street in front of where we could see the car from the window, not to mention the policing of the place and the 24-hour concierge of the building that gave us confidence where we were calm. The infra is excellent! To the historic center (a must see!), It is possible to go by bus (R $ 4.40) and Uber (route leaves for an average of R $ 10). We love Santos and recommend Beatriz's fit!

Amazing place in a great location! Not right by Santos Centro, but only a short drive away. Right by the beach, and lots of great places to go to, cafes, restaurants, bars. So much good food and drink, we couldn't see it all! As for the place itself, very nice. Loft style upstairs, with a big sized bed and desk on the other side with an entire wall of shelves. Nice bathroom, spacious, shower and jacuzzi bathtub separated. Downstairs there's a second half bath which is nice for multiple people. Nice living space, smaller kitchen area, but workable. Not a lot of amenities, I would ask if you plan on cooking. But there's a lot of good places to eat, great cafes for breakfast, lots of shopping, several supermarkets (supermercados). Great gym in this building, it's like an apartment complex so a lot for people are actual residents. So that helps in keeping everything nice. Super nice outdoor pool area. Sauna behind the gym room. Game room, rec room, laptop office working space type room, all on the same level. Unfortunately that's the only spot where wifi works, so if you're from out of the country be prepared for that. It won't reach your room above level 5. Amazing hospitality by everyone in the complex, we met so many people and everyone was very nice. Overall fantastic experience, and we thank Tiago, Arthur, Paula and everyone else for giving us our first official introduction to Brazil. And we will definitely be coming back to Santos 🤙

The place has everything a couple needs. Very clean, close to the beach. You can do everything on foot. We had an electrical problem with the shower and we were surprised by Rose's readiness to answer us promptly. We were delighted with the location, the hospitality and her willingness to assist us. We will be back more often!

The flat is exactly as in the pictures, excellent location, air conditioning that works very well in both rooms (that makes all the difference), EXTREMELY comfortable bed, well above the expected cost-benefit ratio. Elizabeth, a great hostess, responds very quickly, and is very flexible about requests. As it is a flat, Check in and check out was done quickly, without complications. No luxury, but with everything we need for a great stay. TV in both rooms too, avoiding friction rs. I did not use the other areas of the flat (restaurant, pool ...), but for my need it was completely satisfactory. The only point that can improve a little bit is the fridge (because it is old, it doesn't freeze very well), but it didn't compromise my stay at all. A place that I will certainly return to.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. My daughter and I love the stay! Just don't recommend it for people with walking difficulties because the staircase to the main bed is a bit steep! I plan to return in July, and if available, will stay again!

I loved staying in the fit of Dona Célia! The place is close to shops, bakery with grocery store, Sonda market, Brisa Mar Shopping, etc. The place is very cozy! The cleanliness was impeccable! I liked the fact that the fit has several utensils in the kitchen (blender, pans, cutlery, microwave, cake pan, baking tray, etc.) and especially I LOVED the Nespresso Pixie D60 coffee machine (for those who love coffee is very special differential)! ❤ The place has sheets, comforters, pillows and a double blanket. In terms of fun at home: there is Netflix, real estate bank and another game. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend it to my family and friends! The hostess is amazing!
