I stayed in the lion room. It was really spacious and the bathroom was really clean. Their medicine cabinet had many amenities, you can find anything in there I swear. Location was very calm. Not far away from the Samual Adam's brewary

Robin and Jose went above and beyond with their helpful suggestions on getting around Boston. The home is beyond words...it is so beautiful, playful and clean! I really did not want the vacation to be over! We will be going back and staying much longer on the next visit up to Boston.

This is a perfect spot for a trip to Boston. The lion room is spacious with a big bed, two chairs, a coffee table and TV in addition to a very roomy bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub - with massage jets! We had breakfast at Fiore's which is just 5 mins down the road and then the walk to the nearest T stop (Green Street) is a quick and easy walk. Parking was super easy at this home for people traveling to Boston with a car but not wanting to drive right into the city center. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for a trip to Boston.

Everything you need for a visit to explore central Boston. Fantastic location with all the major attractions within walking distance from Fenway Park in the east to Beacon Hill in the west.

This is a great accommodation and an incredibly vibrant neighbourhood. It was close to so many amenities and the community itself is very engaged. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was cosy but perfect for two, the kitchenette had everything, and the hosts even left a few breakfast treats! You have to walk up a flight of stairs but that's very minor. We walked to so many places on our hit list. We even walked from downtown and the harbour. One of our absolute favourite places to eat - Delux Cafe - turned our to be just a few blocks away! Don't hesitate to go there if it's just adults in your party.

Kathe was very quick to reply to my messages and was very accommodating about us dropping our luggage off earlier than the check-in time. The space was great for our purposes and was in a beautiful neighborhood with really good restaurants. It was close to the Copley Square and Back Bay T stations so it was very easy to get to where we needed to be. The room was comfortable and clean and the house itself was quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

The house has a very calming effect amid the hustle of Jamaica Plain and the Boston area. Loved the kitchen and the bed was terrific. They have a selection of pillows, which I appreciated so much. Usually I just cannot get comfortable on a new pillow but this one was fantastic, along with the memory foam mattress. Wonderful towels and linens - unscented which we really appreciated. Everything was spotless and the touches of Boston (photos, posters etc) in the apartment was especially fun!

The space is large! Very roomy. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and isn’t that one of the most important features. There is parking which is precious in Boston. Very near the T. Be aware there are stairs up to the third floor. WiFi was spotty at times. I would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, quiet apartment in a fantastic location. I had no idea how incredible the neighborhood it's located in was until this visit. The apartment is situated in a location that is buffered from the typical city noise and on a street with minimal through traffic. The neighborhood is safe, the people are courteous and so much of Boston's best is within walking distance. And, the T is nearby, too, for easy access to all of the metro area. This was a better than expected apartment, location and experience all around. Naoual was also a very responsive and kind host from the initial booking and whenever I had a question during our stay. I would definitely be happy and grateful to stay here again.

In the middle of Boston. Nice clean neighborhood at the top of the building. Comfortable bed and pillows. I've been to Airbnb's where the beds and pillows were horrible and it effected our trip. This place was as good as advertised.

A beautiful penthouse apartment, in a lovely area, close to shops and public transport - literally everything at your doorstep. Just a bit of a climb to lug the suitcases up the stairs to the top floor, but totally worth it once we got there! I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Boston.

Great apartment handy for Boston center the back bay subway orange line was our main transport. A large star market supermarket is not far away out of the front door turn right and keep going for 5 mins. We went to a ice hockey game also on the orange line late at night. The subway was full of fans we felt safe. We found the locals to be very helpful and polite stopping to ask us if we needed help or direction more the once. Go to Quincy market try the clam chowder.

I had a fantastic stay with Ed. I have lived in Boston for years and needed an Airbnb for a couple of weeks, and this studio was the best value place I ever lived in! Ed was always very quick to respond and thoughtful to all my needs (for example, he bought a great toaster oven for my stay upon request). This place is also in a perfect location, could not get better value. Highly recommend staying here!!

This studio is perfect! It really felt like home away from home. It has all the amenities one could need and is very stylishly furnished. I stayed here for about 2 months for a clinical elective at Boston Medical Center. It’s a 15 min walk from BMC, 10 min walk to Prudential center and to the green and orange lines. Great location in the heart of South End. The host, Ed, is also very friendly and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages even when he’s out of town. Wonderful experience all over!

Edward's place was perfect: Well appointed, in a super location near restaurants and all downtown has to offer, but quiet and private as can be.

Wonderful books throughout the space to read while enjoying morning coffee. Grocery store within a 3 minute walk. Space is just as advertised. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. We never needed a car to explore. Very central location to enjoy Boston. Thanks Ed!

We stayed at Edward’s place for our mini-moon. He was quick at responding each day, which helped us tremendously. His place is beautiful and clean. We loved being able to walk to places in South End, as well as easily access transportation to other parts of the city. The parking spot in the back is well worth the extra cost! We highly recommend staying at his place in Boston :)

This was my first stay in a shared Airbnb and I would highly recommend both the experience and this listing since Jonathan is such a great host! The master suite is just as pictured with all the basics and then some. There was a local activity guide, water, and lovely note left from the host upon my arrival. Bathroom had all the small items you could need and never bother to pack (ie. cotton rounds, razor etc.) Privacy was a concern of mine, but as a guest in this suite, I was provided a room key that could be used to lock the room in the event that I was leaving the shared apartment for an extended period of time. I didn't end up cooking but the kitchen had a lot of staples (seasonings, oils, etc.) if you did decide to cook. It was well organized and items for shared use are clearly labeled. The fridge is also clearly labeled for organization if you do buy your own groceries. I think this suite is a great find at the price point, so you should check it out! I stayed with the Carney Family for more than three weeks in total, switching rooms some of the time. The small one downstairs is right next to the kitchen and the veranda so you get to meet more people during your stay! The room itself is bright and despite its size has everything you need :)

Andrea house is everything you need for a great stay , everything was clean and better than pics can describe the location is discreet yet close to all of the town and 15 mins from the city , this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed and I would highly recommend, looking to stay again in the future .

It was clean and the location was great. I loved the private bath right off the bedroom. I hardly ever saw Nathalie but when I did she was always very friendly and made me comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay outside of Boston. It was a very easy commute to the Airport, to my daughters apartment in Quincy.

Very comfortable place in a safe neighborhood. Definitely a great place to stay if in for business. Clean, parking option for car rental, and family very nice. A friendly reminder this place is a family home so you will hear children and their dog. All normal sounds but they are mindful and kids turn in by 10pm max. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Plus bed is SUPER comfortable, best sleep ever!

Book it!! Castagna’s place is an absolute gem, as is Castagna herself!! I’m an AirBnB Superhost myself, so my expectations are pretty high, and this space exceeded all of them! Castagna is such a generous and warm hearted soul. She’s an excellent communicator, both in person and through the AirBnB platform. Thoughtful touches abound throughout the space - snacks, waters, coffee/tea, paper pad & pen jar, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toothpaste, clean and high quality linens aplenty, beautiful decor, etc. And oh my goodness, we LOVED the towel warmer! The bed and fold down couch and pillows were all exceptionally comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you need and more - including a rice cooker and electric skillet so you can actually cook up some simple, hot meals easily! The location was fabulous for us - right around the corner from the climbing gym that brought us into town for the weekend, and an easy 15/20-minute drive into central Boston for our tourist explorations. There are delicious restaurants aplenty right down the road too! (La Scala and Pho 89 were both top notch!) As Castagna mentions in her listing, you will hear some normal noises from the family upstairs during the 8a-8p hours, but we didn’t find it the least bit intrusive! My family and I would love to book this place again for any future travels to the area! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us Castagna!!

Warm comfortable very clean and safe. Traveling alone it was comforting knowing I had a family upstairs at night made me feel very secure.

Castagna’s place was exactly what we needed - a convenient, easy and comfortable place to stay. It was pretty spacious (a living room type area with a separate bedroom) and everything was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bedroom very well heated even on a pretty cold night. The digital door lock worked great and we had no problems with coming and going. Next time we’re in Boston, we’d love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, easy walk to the train station if you want to get into Boston with out the hassle of driving in it.

Affordable, clean, close to train.

Wonderful amenities and very clean. The apartment is right by the road so there would be some traffic noise at night, but with earplugs it wasn't an issue for us. There are white noise machine but we are not used to them. We were going to take the commuter rail into Boston but ended up driving in since metered parking is free on Sunday. Another plus about the location is the nearby wonderful Vietnamese restaurant (Pho 89), very affordable yet delicious food and perfect after a long day of exploring.

Ilir' s space was perfect for my stay for a work assignment as it had a kitchen, was private and quiet, and was easy to travel to. Ilir responded quickly to any questions that I had.

Really nice guy and really nice place! We came to Boston for a few days for PAX East and this place is an amazing value! Loved the space, especially the dining table that we used for a gaming session, and the very comfortable queen bed. I was worried about the temperature, as it wasn't on when we came in, and Boston is really cold at the time of year, but after he turned it on the house was positively toasty!10/10

This was my first AirBnB experience and let me just say my mom and I had an incredible time at Tracy’s home. Her and her husband were so welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean, super cute, and in the morning there was homemade baked goods, continental breakfast items, and a selection of teas, not chocolate, and coffee. There were also many books, brochures, etc., that provided recommendations of what to do during our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Victoria was very nice, can't say enough great things about her. Since there are 3 airbnb rooms in this house, my main worry was parking. However, there's no issues at all because you can just park on the side of the street. My 2 cents for future guests: You can clearly hear the neighbors in the room next to you, so keep that in mind. I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Richard's apartment was in a perfect location for us on our trip to MA. The space was lovely, roomy, clean, and well equipped. It was especially wonderful to be able to have our pup Bella with us while traveling to see family for Thanksgiving. Richard was warm and welcoming and offered assistance or advice should we need (which we didn't) . We would love to stay here again if traveling this way.

Apartment was very big and clean! Basic furniture. Expect the bedroom to be nice and bright first thing in the morning! Location was easy to find and Tony was good at getting back to me with any questions quickly!

Tips for future travelers: bring your own bath towels, and dish towels if you plan to use the kitchen for cooking. I felt awful using so many paper towels to dry the dishes. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Edna and Enock’s Airbnb was great! Very private and quiet! It’s basically a very large bedroom with a comfy bed/large TV/and very nice bathroom. You won’t be disappointed. Edna responds quickly too communications.

The place is very nicely played out. The bathroom is beautiful. There is a 59 inch TV and a heater with s remote. Your entrance is private also.

You can expect a clean nice space with everything you need to stay the night. Bathroom is nice. Huge 60-70 inch screen t.v. with everything you need to watch including hulu,Netflix and other channels. Private entrance. So you won't be bothered and a parking space in quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home...quiet room...clean, and neat. This was my second stay at Clovis's. She and Pete are very gracious and welcoming hosts, and you would be fortunate to book a room with them. The location is also convenient, and within walking distance of train station.

Clovis's place is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Boston's T (Red line) and close to shops such as restaurants and supermarket. Room & washroom is comfortable and cozy, with access to living room and kitchen. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. If youre lucky you get to try Peter's amazing dishes and Oreo's (the lovely cat) playful side. Would recommend this place to anyone dropping by Boston.

A nice room in a nice american middle class neighbourhood. It is only a few minutes on foot to restaurants, supermarket, barber, post-office and less than 10 min on foot to the subway/train station. Thus it was the perfect place to Boston downtown. Clovis was nice and I enjoyed conversations with him.

Clovis's home is very nice, the location is great, few minutes walk to T station(Braintree). The supermarket is just down the road. The environment is very quiet. Clovis and Peter are very hospital and friendly. The room is perfect, clean and comfortable, you can find everything you need. The cat Oreo is lovely. I have wonderful time in Clovis' home. Highly recommend.

Peter & Clovis have such a fantastic home in Braintree, it was a real pleasure to stay there for a week. Boston is such a huge city, I was expecting to be overwhelmed by it a bit, but staying in Braintree, and being a short walk from the T red line, meant a really smooth commute in and out of the city. The shopping centre just down the road from the house is also quite convenient; just about everything you'd need. The room itself is a perfect size; super comfy bed, AC if needed, and good storage space. Didn't have a bad sleep all week! Thank you again for having me, and it was also a pleasure to meet Oreo (the resident house cat). Extremely playful and fun!

This is a no frills room. It's clean, safe, quiet amd exactly what I was looking for. My son had hockey in Boston for 4 days. Rather than break the bank, I chose to stay here and will return if I'm in the area again. The bed is comfortable, a full kitchen is at your disposal. The wifi is good, shower always hot. House was very clean. And the communicationwith Glen was great.

My son had hockey in Boston for 4 days. He was required to stay with team. I wasn't paying $720 for 4 nights stay at a hotel. I found Glen, read the reviews and booked. I'm very happy I did. Great communication & easy check in. It is a simple room with limited amenities but has everything that is required. Fast wifi, parking, close to freeways, full kitchen, small fridge in room, full bathroom. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable bed, great host. About 15 minutes from Braintree T so easy to get into Boston. Would stay again.

Tracy’s place is a nice vintage haven. Tracy was able to accommodate our late check-in time with a thoughtful touch to make it easier for us to get into the house in the dark of night. The space was as advertised; we enjoyed having our own bathroom for usage. Light breakfast was provided, complete with some fruit (banana, grapes,) baked goods (bagel/muffin,) granola, breakfast bars (I personally appreciated this gluten-free option,) yogurt, cream cheese, jelly, orange juice, dairy, oatmeal, biscotti, and options for tea and coffee (I may have missed one or two other offerings.) The bed was comfortably soft; we were surprised to find ourselves sleeping later than planned both mornings, due in no small part to the mattress. Location was convenient to our venue; only about 3 miles. The street was a little busy with traffic at times during the day but outside noise was never an issue. If we are in the area again, we may very well be back! Thank you, Tracy!
