Welcome to my waterside apartment. Brand new first floor apartment located on the edge of Poole quay. The apartment is bright and airy and comes with a designated parking space for your use. You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

Luxury top floor two room apartment. Located directly on the beach of the Sandbanks peninsula with breathtaking double sided views over Bournemouth Bay, Studland, Isle of Wight and Poole harbour. It has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and loads of sporty activities just around the corner (all sorts of water sport, walks, golf, tennis, bike riding & lots more). Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pet

Churchill Annex is in Parkstone. 3 mins walk to Waitrose & 3 mins by car to John Lewis; & 100+ shops on Ashley Road; 5 mins drive to sandy beaches of Branksome + Sandbanks, with miles of golden sand. A private annex1st floor of the hosts home. It is a home away from home. Sorry, no pets + no smoking. Benefits from own entrance, separate kitchen, lounge, bedroom + bathroom. Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

The Little Cabin (annex with own entrance)

The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained small unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It contains an professional air conditioning unit to keep you cool. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.
