Murcia is one of the sunniest regions in Europe and the surrounding areas are full of activities, whether you are looking for a family holiday, active holiday, golf holiday or just want to relax on the beach. Luxury Penthouse Madreselva 62-29

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

A bright and refurbished apartment 100 meters from the sea. Ideal for couples and families. The apartment is on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea. It is part of a gated community. No elevator. Located next to the Santiago de la Ribera Yacht Club. In the area you can find restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk along the promenade. Free parking next to the building. Supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl are a 7-minute drive away. Other basic goods shops a few minutes walk away.
