An excellently presented apartment with a fantastic location. Kym was a fantastic host. We had a great stay with our 2 year old daughter.

This apartment is the best one we've stayed in, in Melbourne, and we've been coming for over 5 years. Kym has thought of everything you might need ..... then added some more! The location is perfect for working at the Australian Open - easy tram literally right outside the door. Lots of shops down Swan Street. We absolutely loved our time at this apartment.

Abby’s pool house goes above and beyond expectations. We had a beautiful weekend away, and would gladly return for our next trip to Melbourne.

Perfect location for a mix of work and pleasure when visiting Melbourne. My partner and I loved the space relaxing and overlooking the pool, but at the same time very private, Great coffee shops nearby, access to tram and trains just 5-6 mins walk. Abby was a very attentive host and ensured we could find our way around Melbourne. Many extras included such as breakfast food, use of bikes etc. Highly recommended, will be back next time we are in Melbourne. Thanks Abby.

The pool house is fantastic. It's exactly as described. The city is very close, but there are enough amenities near by that you don't need to make the trip in. I would strongly recommend this place, especially for those who want to have a spacious outdoor space without sacrificing proximity to the city.

Me and my friend stayed in Abby’s lovely pool house and I could not spot one fault. Abby went above and beyond for us and was always making sure we knew what the best tourist attractions were in the city, along with directions for places we wanted to visit. The train to the city is just a 2 minute walk from the pool house and is only a 10 minute train ride. It takes you to the centre of the city where there are endless choices of things to do. The bushfires did not affect our stay in Melbourne whatsoever and we have driven to Sydney with no issues regarding the bushfires either. Anyone unsure about where to stay when visiting Melbourne, I cannot recommend Abby’s pool house enough!

Really good place to stay, big room, comfy bed, free coffee!!! It's like a big share house but the place is massive so you have your own space and it never feels over crowded with the people staying there. Close to city and easy self check in, would definitely stay here again

Patricia and Arnie’s was perfect. It’s a bedroom and access to the bathroom but that’s all we needed. The WiFi is great, reliable and fast. The Japanese restaurant up the hill is cheap and the food is very good. The tram stops are very close and not a taxing walk away. Kew is a nice area. The park behind the houses is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a basic but very clean place to stay.

Clean and we'll designed room with a beautiful and huge balcony. We loved staying there and having a coffee on the balcony. Everything absolutely perfect!

We have come back to stay with Maggie several times and it has been an absolute pleasure. She did everything to give us a pleasant stay and it's always nice to chat with her. The whole house is kept very clean, the room has a comfortable bed and good water pressure. Couldn't ask for more and hope to stay here again.

This is a great place, rooms are spacious, very clean, located close to transport, I needs to be close to Swinburne Uni and it was perfect, good cafes very close. I would stay here again; there’s a bit of traffic noise especially on weekdays but unless you are a super light sleeper it is not really a problem.

Maggie and Charlotte were lovely hosts. The place was clean, well stocked, and well cared for. Check-in was easy and seamless, and any questions were quickly answered. The Smart Lock at the front door took some getting used to, but once I got it, it worked like a charm. They were also quick to respond to requests I made, which was greatly appreciated

I recently spent 4 months living at Daniels flat in Hawthorne and had a really great time! The flat is located just a bit east of the Melbourne CBD, and has tram stops right outside, with frequent trams taking you into the city (<30 minutes) or down to st kilda (~40 minutes). The flat is just round the corner from Glenferrie road too, which has plenty of bars, restaurants, and a few supermarkets, and also there is the train station which is a short walk - only 10 to 15 minutes. The flat its self was clean and tidy, with good facilities and equipment for cooking and doing the laundry, a spacious living room/kitchen area, and also a nice outside patio area which catches some of the sun. Daniel was always friendly and easy to communicate with, and i'd happily stay there again! Thanks Dan!

Hawthorn is a great place to stay: nice, calm suburb, well connected to city or St Kilda - loved it. The unit is cozy and make you feel good to spend time in it. And the small outside area is not to be underestimated! Kitchen is properly equipped. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Very responsive and friendly host.

A lovely quiet spot in a great location

Lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Make sure you read all the amenities properly as I was careless to note the lack of wifi (though it did not hinder the experience). Surrounded by nature, the house was cool during the hot summer days. Would highly recommend.

We booked Bronwyn's place for our Australian Open weekend away and it was very conveniently located for that. There are plenty of places to eat/drink and a supermarket in walking distance. Trams into the city are frequent and easy. Bronwyn provided some basics for breakfast which was very handy.

Bronwyn's home is a lovely space in a very convenient location. Great value if your visiting Melbourne and would like to be close to the fun stuff but out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the CBD

The little quiet apartment space is perfect for a small little getaway that's not too close to the CBD and provides you with a nice and quiet ambient experience instead of the constant hustle of a CBD. Bronwyn was an excellent host who replied promptly.

Duncan and Emily's apartment is beautiful. There was lots of helpful information, and it was very easy to access with keyless entry. The apartment is immaculate and well renovated, with thoughtful touches. Such as tea and coffee, bread in the freezer, and already set up porta-cot and highchair. Use of a parking permit was also very helpful and appreciated! I'd definitely stay at this apartment again.

We LOVED our stay at Emily and Duncan’s! The Lane way house was super comfortable and homely and it had all the things we needed. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for having us! We’ll be sure to stay again

I run an Airbnb which gets consistently high ratings. However I cant hold a candle to how awesome this place wise. It was a last minute booking and we arrived late and wish we could have spent more time there. Excellent value for money and cant recommend this place high enough. 14 out of 14 dancing clowns!

A perfectly positioned apartment, couldn’t be closer to public transport and a short walk to shops and cafes. My MIL stayed here for several weeks when visiting from overseas and it was an ideal place for her to be comfortable and close to us. Thoughtful inclusions like the pantry containing basics, a selection of books, and a local tips and recommendations guide really added to the comfort of the apartment. Nicely decorated and very comfortable apartment in a very good suburb of inner eastern Melbourne. Close to the city and to all the great restaurants, cafes and bars of the eastern suburbs. A fantastic apartment in a great area near food, entertainment, and city transportation. This quiet and stylish place was just a short walk to the train (subway line) with just a few stops from Flinders Station. Just around the corner from the apartment is one of the city's best coffee shops, a movie theater, groceries and shopping along Glenferrie Road. I am hopeful for an opportunity to stay again.

This house is just like the one in the picture. The layout is very good and comfortable. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, and the transportation is also convenient. Really like it.

Lovely Spanish restaurant called Tinto within walking distance - highly recommended. No parking space supplied but that wasn’t a major problem as we were using our car during the 2 hour time limits during the day.

Sally is an excellent host! She showed me the tram stops nearby the house, how to get to the grocery store, and was quick to help with any concerns or questions that I had. We were both quite busy during my stay so unfortunately we weren’t able to talk much, but she was always kind and helpful when we did!

Sally's house is a nice place to stay if you want to visit Melbourne. The room is comfortable and you will have a private bathroom. The tram to the city is a 5 min walk. There is coffee and tea anytime and Sally gives all the information you may want.

The flat is very small but it has a lovely style and some smart details. There is a big pool and gym what we enjoyed. The flat is extraordinary equipped dishwasher, seasoning, cleaning stuff, all cooking tools you can imagine... The bathroom is really nice and clean, as the entire appartment is. The tram is 2 min walk from the appartment and takes ~ 20 min to cbd. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

My daughter and I had a lovely week’s stay at Maggie and Charlotte’s place. They were quick to respond to messages and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious with nice touches like shampoo and body wash. The kitchen was also stocked with tea/coffee and had laundry facilities on both floors. The bed was super comfortable with two quality pillows. The location is great - close to public transport and shops on Glenferrie Road. We would definitely recommend Maggie’s place and will be back if ever I need a place to stay in Melbourne! Dan has the coolest place to stay at! The location is fabulous, for both cafes/restaurants/supermarkets and the Sporting precinct. Trams are easily accessible and the trains are just down the road. Dan's place is in the perfect location in the hub of Richmond but at the quiet end. Very convenient for all sporting events in the area. Can walk or catch the tram. Dan was very hospitable and easy going. Let you have the run of the place. A very nice stay in a great locality.

Roger and Tina were supposed to be a little surprise for our trip. They were supposed to return to China on 12th, but due to the flight cancellation, could not go back for the time being. When choosing a room, wei wei suggested to live in a local Australian for a week to get a taste of local life. Roger and Tina are very much in love, living a quiet and somewhat romantic retirement life. This is life at its best.

The two bedrooms feel private, the queen room is quite large, and there are ceiling fans in both for those hot summer nights. The property is located on a street which is peaceful at night. This was an amazing apartment complex that is located in an absolutely convenient spot! It is right across the street from a shopping centre/ movie theatre. Stephanie went above and beyond by providing everything and more. I can’t stress enough how satisfied I was by staying here. The apartment complex has facilities open to the tenants/ guests that made the stay even more pleasurable.

Creature comforts is clean , comfortable & true to its photos. It's in an attractive convient location close to transport, shopping & river walks. Stephanie is an easy to contact helpful host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stephanie's apartment. The rooftop pool, spa and gym were amazing and the location was very convenient with the tram stop just opposite. The little touches of toiletries and cholate etc made us feel really welcome.

Lovely cozy place, everything exceeded my expectations. Plenty of essential amenities, the space is perfect for just one person or a couple. Stephanie is also very nice and responsive.

I love staying at this apartment. It is stylish with all the modern conveniences you need. It is great to be able to reach the Yarra walking track in a minute or two. Trams to the city are right outside the door as are lots of shops and cafes. Stephanie is extremely helpful & hospitable.

The place was clean, modern and we loved the details. (Mint scented shampoo, delicious chocolate, and so on.) The local cafes inside the complex were great. Having the shopping centre and tram stop across the road was really convenient too. When we had questions Stephanie answered very quickly. Would stay here again.

This apartment is in a quiet location, is close to shops and amenities and across the road from public transport to the city. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was hot and the kitchen well appointed. We'll definitely try and secure this apartment again when we're next in Melbourne.

Innes is a really nice and polite host... location has a good infrastructure... just 15 min per train to the city and prahran is just a few tramstops away...

This was the 2nd time I stayed here. You can't beat the location, just off chapel street and close to everything. This is my go to place in Melbourne and Innes is a wonderful host. No complaints at all
