This luxury boutique apartment complex called The Maybloom was completed at the beginning of 2016. It is brilliantly located on the border of Hawthorn and Richmond with 2 tram stops situated just outside and only 8kms from Melbourne CBD. There are only 20 apartments in this beautiful complex with ours on the ground floor. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 stylish bathrooms, a modern gourmet kitchen, a relaxing private courtyard and a secure car park. All fixtures and fittings are of a superior quality.
Our beautiful apartment will suit a variety of travelers - families (high chair and travel cot are included and some children's toys, books, puzzles and dvds) as well as groups of friends. The apartment is on the ground floor of a boutique apartment complex with a secure underground car park (a mechanical car stacker which is very easy to use but only suitable for small and medium cars). If you won't have a car with you, the apartment is on Riversdale Road which has 2 tram stops just at the door step. The apartment is set back considerably from the road and all windows are double glazed so is extremely peaceful and quiet. The apartment consists of: - Master bedroom - 1 double bed, TV, built in wardrobe as well as a very large walk in robe (can fit a travel cot) - Ensuite - shower, toilet and basin - Second bedroom - bunk bed with 1 double bed on the bottom and 1 single on top, built in wardrobe. - Kitchen - Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven - Open plan living/dining - 3 seater couch, 2 ottomans for additional seating, a split system a/c and heater, an extendable dining table and TV - 2nd bathroom - shower, toilet and basin - European laundry - washing machine and dryer Please note that all beds and mattresses are brand new so should ensure a comfortable stay and good night's rest!
The apartment is in the beautiful and safe Eastern suburb of Hawthorn but borders Richmond so is a bit closer to the action! It is only 8 kilometers from Melbourne's CBD and also near all the countless great cafes, restaurants and shops on Swan Street, Bridge Road and Victoria Street in Richmond. It is also a close distance to Melbourne's sporting precinct which include the MCG, AAMI PARK and Rod Laver Arena as well as around the corner from Leonda by the Yarra which holds many functions.

The location is perfect for working at the Australian Open - easy tram literally right outside the door. Lots of shops down Swan Street. We absolutely loved our time at this apartment.

    Kooyong is an exclusive suburb adjacent to Malvern, Hawthorn, and Toorak. We are only 7km from the city centre. This is a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. Kooyong Village is blessed with many cafes and is frequented by locals doing their shopping and enjoying their coffee! Our home backs on to Kooyong Park and the Yarra Trail bicycle and pedestrian path, which is one of the most scenic cycling routes in Melbourne. It is a gentle 30 minute ride into the city from our place on a dedicated track.

  • The pool house is fantastic. It's exactly as described. The city is very close, but there are enough amenities near by that you don't need to make the trip in. I would strongly recommend this place, especially for those who want to have a spacious outdoor space without sacrificing proximity to the city.

  • Me and my friend stayed in Abby’s lovely pool house and I could not spot one fault. Abby went above and beyond for us and was always making sure we knew what the best tourist attractions were in the city, along with directions for places we wanted to visit. The train to the city is just a 2 minute walk from the pool house and is only a 10 minute train ride. It takes you to the centre of the city where there are endless choices of things to do. The bushfires did not affect our stay in Melbourne whatsoever and we have driven to Sydney with no issues regarding the bushfires either. Anyone unsure about where to stay when visiting Melbourne, I cannot recommend Abby’s pool house enough!

    Hi guys, So the room is a large bedroom with a double bed and chest of draws. The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a full powered shower with a washing machine. The lounge has a television with a sofa bed. The lounge is connected to a balcony. Non-smoking inside however you can smoke on the balcony. The tram (75 and 48) is a 5 minute walk to Bridge Road and takes 20 minutes to get to the CBD. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk to Hawthorn train station.

    Located 10 minute walk from a shopping mill and 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars and coffee shops on bride road.

    This beautiful century-old heritage Victorian building is located in the heart of Hawthorn’s best entertainment and education. Located moments from Auburn Village and 3 minutes walk to Auburn Train Station (15 minutes directly to the CBD), 10 minutes walk to Glenferrie Road’s bustling strip of cafés, restaurants and shopping. The whole building were newly renovated! Each room was set individually like serviced-apartment. You don’t need to share anything with others except kitchen and laundry.
    This room is on the 1st(upstairs), it has its own separate toilet and bathroom. There is no need to share it with others. Unique password door locks provide very good privacy. There are two common kitchens upstairs and downstairs, as well as a washing machine and dryer each floor for everyone to use. If you need more rooms or other dates available, please contact us, we got many rooms in the same building :)

    Located in lovely Melbourne suburb of Kew. The apartment is 2 min walk away from 109/48 trams which convenietly take you to the city centre in approx. 15min. The apartment is also within walking distance of Hawthorn train station which have 15 min express trains travelling to Melbourne Central station every 10 min. Within the area there is Glenferie road which is packed with restaurants and bars if you prefer to rest from constant hustle and bustle of the city.
    bedroom with Wi-fi, we offer tea and coffee which can be made in the bedroom as we offer a kettle. There are no locks on any of the bedrooms but you will be provided with the key to the apartment and security doors of the building enterance. You will have full use of the bedrooms with full cupboards available to hang up your clothes and to store you luggages if needed. The apartment has wifi and parking available as well. Please be aware we DO NOT offer kitchen nor livingroom.
    The neighboorhood is an extemely safe one, with security door entrance to the buiding only accessible with a key. Also the area has fences arounded restricted access from the street.
  • Patricia and Arnie’s was perfect. It’s a bedroom and access to the bathroom but that’s all we needed. The WiFi is great, reliable and fast. The Japanese restaurant up the hill is cheap and the food is very good. The tram stops are very close and not a taxing walk away. Kew is a nice area. The park behind the houses is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a basic but very clean place to stay.

    Only lady please. I am living with my family . I have wife and lovely daughter. Near South Yarra train station only 10 minute by walk . Number 72 tram stop opposite to apartment and going to city.. Chapel street have a lot of restaurants , bar and night clubs. Have a fun a lot !
    I will guide you to travel around.
    Very near to city . Only 15 minutes by tram and if you use taxi only 7 minutes and Albert park only 4 kms to far !

  • I recently spent 4 months living at Daniels flat in Hawthorne and had a really great time! The flat is located just a bit east of the Melbourne CBD, and has tram stops right outside, with frequent trams taking you into the city (<30 minutes) or down to st kilda (~40 minutes). The flat is just round the corner from Glenferrie road too, which has plenty of bars, restaurants, and a few supermarkets, and also there is the train station which is a short walk - only 10 to 15 minutes. The flat its self was clean and tidy, with good facilities and equipment for cooking and doing the laundry, a spacious living room/kitchen area, and also a nice outside patio area which catches some of the sun. Daniel was always friendly and easy to communicate with, and i'd happily stay there again! Thanks Dan!

    The Lane House is a beautiful two level, self contained house amongst leafy surroundings. Upstairs there is an open plan lounge and bedroom. The lounge features a large three seater, leather couch, a 42 inch high definition LED television and book shelves full of books that can be read during your stay. The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed along with a robe and additional hanging space with hangers. There is also a port-a-cot available upon request.
    The home is set in the Hawthorn suburb of Melbourne, with many options for dining, shopping, and entertainment minutes away. Take a 15-minute walk to browse Glenferrie Road’s shops and markets, then see a film at the trendy Lido Cinemas.
  • Duncan and Emily's apartment is beautiful. There was lots of helpful information, and it was very easy to access with keyless entry. The apartment is immaculate and well renovated, with thoughtful touches. Such as tea and coffee, bread in the freezer, and already set up porta-cot and highchair. Use of a parking permit was also very helpful and appreciated! I'd definitely stay at this apartment again.

Please just make sure you check the parking sign properly (eg 2P, 4P, unlimited time zone, permit zone etc). Car parking permit can be hired for $5 a day too.
    One thing I often get is people don't realize how good this location is until they arrive. 10 minutes walk to the famous Abbotsford convent, close to Fitzroy and Melbourne botanical garden and Melbourne Cricket ground. On one side you have all the prominent cafes, exquisite restaurants, bbqs, dessert house, bars, shopping strips, entertainment, music/DVDs, cinemas, local bakery.. a multicultural bonanza. On the other side you have gardens, parks, river, walking trails, castles and convents, boathouses, secret alleys, picnic, children's farm and farmers market etc This house is amazingly located on a quiet tree-lined street sandwiched in the middle of all above.     One thing I often get is people don't realize how good this location is until they arrive. 10 minutes walk to the famous Abbotsford convent, close to Fitzroy and Melbourne botanical garden and Melbourne Cricket ground. On one side you have all the prominent cafes, exquisite restaurants, bbqs, dessert house, bars, shopping strips, entertainment, music/DVDs, cinemas, local bakery.. a multicultural bonanza. On the other side you have gardens, parks, river, walking trails, castles and convents, boathouses, secret alleys, picnic, children's farm and farmers market etc This house is amazingly located on a quiet tree-lined street sandwiched in the middle of all above. Fantastic location close to the city centre, tram 2 minutes walk, great cafes and restaurants in the area. This room is great value for money!
    The room is simple - with a double bed and a wardrobe...but there is no natural light. There is a second bedroom in the apartment (that has a full length window and nice view) for those who wish to upgrade to a better room. See my listing "Room with a View" for availability and prices.
    Great area, really conveniently located close to the CBD (and with easy access on tram). But it also has a beautiful natural setting of the Yarra River nearby - just a couple of minutes walk and you are walking along the Yarra River trail in nature. There are a couple of fantastic cafes and bars in the area. A supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away, and the Victoria Gardens shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Cheap and delicious Vietnamese restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk in the area known as "Little Vietnam".
  • The room was a little bit small, but this was totally OK for us. The bed was comfortable and there also were a table with two chairs in the room, which was great. Everything was very clean and the apartment was modern and nice. Stuart is very friendly and helpful.

The flat is extraordinary equipped dishwasher, seasoning, cleaning stuff, all cooking tools you can imagine... The bathroom is really nice and clean, as the entire appartment is. The tram is 2 min walk from the appartment and takes ~ 20 min to cbd. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

    This beautiful century-old heritage Victorian building is located in the heart of Hawthorn’s best entertainment and education. Located moments from Auburn Village and 3 minutes walk to Auburn Train Station (15 minutes directly to the CBD), 10 minutes walk to Glenferrie Road’s bustling strip of cafés, restaurants and shopping. The whole building were newly renovated! Each room was set individually like serviced-apartment. You don’t need to share anything with others except kitchen and laundry.
    This room is on the 1st(upstairs), it has its own separate toilet and bathroom. There is no need to share it with others. Unique password door locks provide very good privacy. There are two common kitchens upstairs and downstairs, as well as a washing machine and dryer each floor for everyone to use. They were quick to respond to messages and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious with nice touches like shampoo and body wash. The kitchen was also stocked with tea/coffee and had laundry facilities on both floors. The bed was super comfortable with two quality pillows.     Hawthorn is an inner city suburb of Melbourne , quiet and leafy with many old period homes that were built in the 1800 s. also home to Swinburne University and several elite private schools .Hawthorns main shopping strip Glennferrie Rd. abounds with coffee shops , restaurants ,supermarkets , clothes shops and a Cinema complex as well other culturally diverse eateries and grocery shops within easy walking distance .
  • Roger and Tina were supposed to be a little surprise for our trip. They were supposed to return to China on 12th, but due to the flight cancellation, could not go back for the time being. When choosing a room, wei wei suggested to live in a local Australian for a week to get a taste of local life.     One thing I often get is people don't realize how good this location is until they arrive. 10 minutes walk to the famous Abbotsford convent, close to Fitzroy and Melbourne botanical garden and Melbourne Cricket ground. On one side you have all the prominent cafes, exquisite restaurants, bbqs, dessert house, bars, shopping strips, entertainment, music/DVDs, cinemas, local bakery.. a multicultural bonanza. On the other side you have gardens, parks, river, walking trails, castles and convents, boathouses, secret alleys, picnic, children's farm and farmers market etc This house is amazingly located on a quiet tree-lined street sandwiched in the middle of all above. Come see for yourself =)

Access to sauna, spa, pool, gym and amazing rooftop with views of the city. Step directly onto the tranquil yarra river bike/walking track that winds its way into the city.
    walking distance to great cheap vietnamese food along Victoria street. The extremely popular cafe "Kitty Burns" below apartment building. Walking distance to Bridge road shops and cafes. Terminus hotel closest pub with a great courtyard.

Stephanie went above and beyond by providing everything and more. I can’t stress enough how satisfied I was by staying here.   • I love staying at this apartment. It is stylish with all the modern conveniences you need. It is great to be able to reach the Yarra walking track in a minute or two. Trams to the city are right outside the door as are lots of shops and cafes. Stephanie is extremely helpful & hospitable.

    Unfortunately we do not provide parking. Shared areas are cleaned daily and we politely request all guests ensure they tidy up after themselves in all communal areas. This modest upstairs room has a view out the rear of the house but gets sun in the afternoon. (in the summer) It has one window and a double bed and a cabinet, heater and chair and free internet You are very close to all forms of transport and shops, hospital, event venues
