Villa holiday rentals in Melbourne

Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

Sally's place is great, has everything you need in the house. Nice, quiet suburb with a very short and easy drive to all amenities. Excellent value. Sally was a great host, very helpful

Easy to get to, Nice and early check-in which is also extremely flexible. Easy driveway and easy kerb side parking. Place was extremely nice and clean with aircon already on when we entered in which is really nice! Have all the cutlery and utensils needed to cook any meal, place is also very much kid/baby friendly with cribs and play area. An amazing quiet area to sleep at when visiting the city. My friend and I found it very convenient with light rail lines and train lines very close by and to rest for every night during the F1 weekend. Highly recommend this place if you want a nice, comfortable and cozy stay at Melbourne. Also the TV is great! Thanks Shirley so much for hosting!!!

We had a lovely stay for our annual girls weekend. I wish I’d read the house rules before booking, so I’d understand the availability of bedrooms based on numbers. Hosts were friendly and very proud of their property. The house is spectacular and the grounds lovely. It was quite cold (2° overnight) but bedding was comfortable and warm.

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Amazing stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location only being a short drive to many wineries and beaches around the Bellarine, and a shopping centre close by for everything else. Like many of the reviews, this place definitely exceeded our expectations from the photos!! Much nicer - big, spacious room and bathroom with everything we needed for our stay! Bed very comfy and sheets luxe. Sheer curtains we beautiful to provide privacy for the big windows overlooking the olive grove. Peaceful, relaxing and private. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck taking in the view and sunshine, with the added joy of being able to bring our fur baby! Easy check in and great communication with host. Thanks for making our weekend special!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ivanhoe. Our accommodations were lovely, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved being able to walk everywhere. The shops, restaurants, and train station are very close. There are so many restaurant options in town! I highly recommend this airbnb.

Great stay for a big group. Yuan offered flexible check in, which is a great option to have. The house had stunning views and a great balcony to sit in the sun. The bedrooms were spacious and linen was very comfortable & clean. Would recommended this place!

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! Heritage Retreat’s property was amazing. Can fit so many people and although we loved our stay in the middle of winter, this property can be so enjoyable in the summer. Great and responsive staff. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful accomodation I have ever lived at. It was scenic, calm, peaceful, beautiful and I wish we had stayed longer. My family and friends absolutely loved the accomodation. The rooms ate all so big and spacious yet cosy and comfortable. We will definitely be back. It’s a well maintained property beautiful garden and a lot of effort to maintain it. Thankyou so much

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.
