Easy access to the E40 highway (5 minutes) to reach Liège (20 minutes) and Brussels (40 minutes), as well as the E42 highway (15 minutes). The apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and parking. The neighborhood offers a nice walk in a small nature reserve and various hikes.

The shared wellness area is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (additional charge). The house has three comfortable bedrooms, decorated in a warm style. It is equipped with two double beds, three single beds, a shower room, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with pellet stove, smart TV, washing machine and dryer. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing with the family. Breakfast on request (at extra cost).

You will stay in a new apartment on the first floor of our house. The front door (little used by us) and the hall are shared. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm), a living room with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower in the bath and separate toilet. A baby bed, high baby chair, 1 triptrap chair and a diaper table are available. Our washing machine and dryer are available after consultation.
