Great place for short stay.

The basement room is very spacious feeling and comfortable for two people! Ralf and Sibylle were easy and gracious hosts, and we wished we could have stayed longer than one night. Everything was prepared for us, and it was one of my favorite places I've stayed with Airbnb.

Kind host family and beautiful home!

Super nice hosts, there was nothing missing for me. The area is nice and quiet, the room is varied with desk, couch and entertainment. Would rent the room again at any time!

Was picked up from the train station and even had great medical assistance when one of us fell off a bike! The home is beautiful and you don't even realize there is a family living there because you are so secluded in your part of the house, but we never felt like we couldn't bring ask for help!

My stay with Sybylle was very short, but she was very helpful and supportive and I would recomend her to anyone wanting to visit Freising.

Loved our stay, few minor hiccups. Two toilets were fantastic. Ingrid is a really lovely host.

A place of great calm. We all had a really long and peaceful sleep and woke up refreshed. Wish we could have spent more time there. Close to the airport in a cute neighborhood, it was perfect for our first night of our European tour. Recommended!

Amazing, amazing, amazing room! Such a special place to stay and enjoy this positive energy and meditative instruments and very cozy bed! Ingrid was so kind as well and has a lovely store in her yoga studio too that I wish I had more time to look around in. This place is PERFECT! Honestly one of the best Airbnbs i have ever stayed at!! Very clean, GORGEOUSLY decorated and located in a quiet area! Ingrid is an angel! She made sure everything we ever needed was taken care of! This is the perfect place to stay if you have a long layover at the Munich airport or if you're looking for a stop point for your trip to Munich. (Even thought Freising is a charming town in itself.)

This was the perfect place to stay for the last night of my three week trip around Europe. Ingrid is a lovely, amazing person, and she made my stay special and memorable. She made me breakfast in the morning, and gave me a gift! She is a really sweet person, and I whole-heartedly recommend her apartment. I meditated in the meditation booth for an hour, and played some music, too! It was awesome. Also, the local grocery store is very close, so I just went there to pick up some snacks to eat.

The house is good for people who like to stay in silence. Host are really friendly.

I loved the house. But it would be better if you ask the host which room you guys are staying in. Because there's tons of rooms inside, and it's really hard to find which room is ours. Also you have to ride a taxi for about 10min. Anyways the house was cozy.

Astrid and I had a few starting difficulties but she did everything she could to solve the problems and saved the stay. She is very nice and always there when you need it. The area in the apartment is very nice. The apartment has even more potential in terms of furnishings, especially a fridge would be nice. All in all it was enough for me to spend the night.

Das Haus ist modern und das recht grosse Apartment mit eigenem Badezimmer ist mit frischen, modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Eine Küche ist zwar nicht vorhanden, aber man hat eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer und kann den Kühlschrank im Erdgeschoss benutzen. Im Grunde hat man alles, was man so braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Meine besten Empfehlungen hat sie definitiv! TIPP: für Gäste, die einen frühen Flug in München haben, ist der Ort ideal zum Übernachten - man ist in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto am Flughafen!

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist modern und neuwertig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Man muss sich also um nichts kümmern. Da die Wohnung in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt ist es doch rech. laut. Aber schlafen könnten wir trotzdem. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und völlig unproblematisch. Insgesamt also ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Vielen Dank dafür.

Birgit is a super nice and welcoming host. The apartment is located top and you have just a few meters walk to the city center. And yet it is very quiet in the apartment and you can super entspannen.Ich can just wide relaxing stay :-)

We had a long layover in Munich and this was the PERFECT place to stay. Birgit was very responsive and suggested that we take the bus from the airport to Freising station... it was as free shuttle and super easy. There was then a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Not the easiest walk with rolling luggage (cobble stone streets) but very doable. Birgit was such a lovely host! She welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. This apartment is in a great location and made it so easy to walk to everything. The town of Freising is adorable and we had a lovely walk to dinner and ice cream. Birgit had a few breakfast items and coffee ready for us and it was the perfect meal before catching our flight home. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location, just block or two from the old town with many restaurants, etc. We were thrilled to be able to walk out in the morning for pastries, and easily access the train to Munich. Birgit was a wonderful host. Only things to note were a lack of closets or dressers, and a tiny refrigerator. Everything was very clean.

This place was great! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood right next to the main street, so you can walk to anything you need. Birgit and her husband were extremely helpful and though they were busy with their own lives they would make time to help me with my questions. Be prepared to hear bells. One bell rings at every quarter hour and then a few times at the top of the hour. I can't recall it ringing at night though. I slept like a baby. I would definitely recommend this place, and if I come back to Freising again I would definitely want to stay here.

During my stay, I only met Richard because Veronica was in her home country. Richard was always very nice and helpful, and always ready to assist in anything. I made a reservation for the smaller room(it is really really small, it's ok for a couple of nights but not more), however as the bigger room was available during my stay, Richard kindly let me stay there. The house is very rustic, with a few more modern renovations here and there. As Richard works in IT, he has a lot of automated things which will make sounds like bells - the first morning I woke up really early because of it, but after talking with Richard he agreed to postpone the morning hour when the sound bells will ring. The bathroom although is in need of a few renovations, had everything and there's loads of towels just for the guests to use. One of the best things was definitely the wifi - very good!

I had an excellent stay..Richard is an extremely nice person and was very helpful and kind. The house is very clean and everything needed to make your stay comfortable is available. The airport is few minutes away with accessible transportation to the center. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich. Will love to come back!

Veronica and Richard are both really nice and I was able to feel at home with them! They are very open and hospitable and do everything to make guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible. The room is exactly as it is seen in the pictures. Overall, everything is very clean and tidy! For munich airport is really just a hop, which was ideal for me. I arrived quite late at night and in the morning I left at 4am again. Therefore, I had not to talk very much time with Richard. My stay was quite short anyway very nice and cozy. Richard welcomed me warmly and made sure that I'm fine. highly recommended to rest especially before or after arrival at Munich Airport.

Very nice hosts and beautiful house

It was easy enough to find the place, the neighbourhood was very quiet in a little village. I didn't meet any of the family members, the senior quickly showed me around the house and straight after he went to bed as it was close to 10 pm when I arrived (which wasn't a problem, as I was advised).

I came late and leaving early - to stay before / after a flight, the hotel is perfect. The only drawback is that the bus to the airport early Monday morning only 1x per hour went.

This was a great stay for my friend and I. The place was just like the pictures. Amano and his family were very friendly and helpful, And I would definitely recommend. There is however a strong smell of smoke in the apartment but others than that it was great.

I was greeted by Amanos parents which were very sweet. They guided me to the room, showed me around the apartment and when I was ready to leave, they even walked me to the bus stop :)

Anita deserves more than 5 stars. Let me start by saying that I'm very picking. No, extremely picky. Anita's place made me feel at home. It was clean, spacious, fully equipped for all needs, and so well decorated. The garden was a delight to sit in and take in an afternoon snack. Anita was so helpful and gracious. I would go to Germany just to stay here. I feel like I stayed at my friends house, not a strangers.

Wauw, to be the first guests in this beautiful apartment! Luxury, plenty of space, no negative word. Quiet, Fitted kitchen, beautiful shower, bed was fine, everything as described and show how the images. The terrace! Anita and Richard are very friendly and helpful, they really know what hospitality means! Arrival was a bit earlier than planned, but totally no problem. Keys perfectly, with explanation of everything in the apartment. Contact advance was also very good. Lovely again.

I would have actually given 10 stars if it were possible. It was a very short stay, unfortunately. The location is very quiet - which is very important for me - and everything went smoothly: keys, check-in and check-out. Der Aufenthalt bei Anita war wirklich klasse! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Man kommt von dort aus schnell überall hin mit dem Auto kann man auch super Städte und Attraktionen (z.B. Erdinger Therme) erreichen. Anita ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu zweit und wir können uns vorstellen bald wieder zu kommen und können es allen nur empfehlen! Es ist auf jeden Fall das Geld wert. :)

We had a great stay in this apartment the night before our flight out of Munich airport (the apt is located 10min away so it was very convenient). The apartment was clean and comfortable, and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed, including a baby bed for our daughter. Our arrival and departure were very easy. We'd love to come back and stay again for a longer time.

We had a wonderful time staying in Manfred's apartment. It had everything you could possibly need. The apartment was clean, light, airy, comfortable and a perfect place to stay if you need to go to Munich airport. After 6 weeks travelling around Europe with two little children this delightful place was a haven in which to relax and prepare for our flights home. We will never forget our friendly and kind hosts... it was very sad to say goodbye! I highly recommend staying in this apartment near the loveliest family.

Although the home was a bit difficult to find, we had a great time staying at Astrid's dance studio. The room is in the bottom floor of a large dance studio building next to her home in Halbergmoos. Unfortunately, we assumed the house was much closer to the airport -- it actually required a 15min taxi ride in the morning to get to our flight. However, Astrid and her husband were incredibly accommodating and made sure to call us a taxi for the morning. Would be an amazing place to stay during Oktoberfest

From the very beginning, staying with Veronica and Richard was lovely! We waited for the 512 bus at the airport to go their place at 9pm on our first night. After waiting for a long time, we messaged them to tell them that we were going to be a little later than planned. Richard immediately replies with an offer to come pick us up at the airport! The place was very neat and clean. Everything that you would need is there. We only needed a place for the night and close to the airport because we were catching a 7am flight. It worked out perfectly because the 512 bus that takes you directly to the airport is about a 5 minute walk from their place. They have experience in hotel management, so everything was very organized and impressive from the start. Thank you for such a lovely (even though, short) stay! Definitely recommended!

Very nice people, nice place and super close to the Munich airport.

Richard received us, he gave us a very warm welcome and detailed introduction to his house. The house is spacious and clean. The host couples are world travellers, I bet you can have fun talking with them. The pity is we only stayed there for 8 hours, and most of the time is sleeping. Richard is very helpful and thoughtful. We had a early flight next day, he drove to take us to the airport in the early morning and only charged the gas fee. Definitely would stay here again.

Veronica and Richard's place is affordable and conveniently located just minutes from the airport! Taking the bus to the airport was quick and easy. Veronica and Richard were understanding of our travel difficulties and very accommodating with our late arrival. They are gracious hosts!

This was a beautiful and clean hotel. For our first trip to Germany as a family, it was perfect. Right next to the airport, and in a quiet town with a very good brewery. Eitting is a good introduction to Bavaria, and it's right next door to Erding, which has all the shops you need, as well as a well-stocked market. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is good english to be had, and we took full advantage, as our German was still quite limited. Top marks all around.

Claudia was responsive and easy to communicate with. The studio apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The front desk was able to arrange affordable transport to the airport. I would recommend a stay at Claudia's apartment.

My husband and I spent 3 pleasent weeks in Silvio's apartment and we enjoyd it! The apartment is very stylish and very clean. It took us only 10 minuts to the airport and 20 minuts to the Munich - Center. Silvio is a super host! We have filled us like at home. Thanks for the good start in Munich!

I was here on business and had little time to explore Neufahrn. The more I enjoyed the Silvio chlliges apartment, and from the warm welcome by Silvio with a draft beer until the last morning coffee on the balcony. Absolutely comfortable. 100% recommended, I have 3 weeks equal booked again, that says it all :-)

Christian's place was lovely, spacious and clean. We had a car but the house is within very easy access to the train for getting into the city. Christian's mom welcomed us and was very sweet and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed for 9 nights. Here are the good things: - The apartment description is accurate. - The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. - It had everything we need during out stay - The neighborhood is a quite residential neighborhood. - Only about 10 minute walk to the train and about 30 minute train ride to the city center. - The apartment was spacious enough for 2 little kids and three adults. - The fireplace was really good and neat to use. Christian even provided firewood for us to use. The bad things: - the people who lived in the basement of the building smoked a lot and the smoke would come into the apartment. It was especially bad during the night. We would wake up in the middle of the night with a horrid smoke smell throughout the apartment. We told Christian about it and he said he would talk with the people downstairs. That helped but there was still smoke coming in during the night. - When inquiring about the apartment, we were told the internet speed was 16Mbps. It really was only 3-5Mbps download / .3-.5Mbps upload. I needed to make phone calls for work on my Voip phone and it kept on cutting out. Christian tried to fix it but the speed never did improve. - The kids bed didn't have a bed sheet, only a mattress protector. Kinda weird. Especially because of the cigarette smoke problem, we will not be coming back and we would not recommend this place to others.

We spent 6 weeks in Christian's flat with our three young children whilst our own home was being renovated. We felt very at home here, the flat was just as displayed on the listing page with all the necessary equipment. The flat is just 10 min walk from SBahn and in walking distance of all local amenities, even swimming pool is around the corner. We had an issue with the Internet in the first week and Christian dealt with the problem very swiftly and fixed it. So, all-in-all a very positive experience. Thank you!

Great cosy apartment close to shops, restaurants and Neufahrn S bahn station. It was easily big enough for our family of 4 (with 2 teenage children) and was really well equipped. We didn't meet Christian, but he was always quick to respond to any queries by text. We had a great few days here and would recommend it.

Christian was easy to reach and very helpful. Apartment itself is the whole top floor of a house and the pictures match the reality very well, except for the bunk bed which had been turned into a regular bed. Kitchen was well equipped and good for cooking even a bigger meal. Neighbourhood was very peaceful and nearest grocery store's in about 10 minute's walk away as is nearest train station. There's also a 24h gas station within 10 minute's walk where you can do some small acute grocery shopping with more expensive prices and smaller selection naturally. I definitely recommend Christian's apartment for anyone staying in Munchen.
