Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

The accommodation overlooks a green valley that ends on the clearest days in the sea, and from which a few kilometers of coastline are visible. Perfect starting point for walking with marked trails and bike rides. Private parking inside the house.
