It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as numerous walking and hiking trails. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with views over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is embedded in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guesthouse is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of the healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.
