Lovely little apartment in the heart of Graz. Opposite the best burger store in town is the apartment building from the 18th century. Whether you want to explore the hip Lendviertel or the historical old town, you can reach everything in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The traffic junction Südtirolerplatz is only 3 minutes away on foot. From the train station we can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Weather permitting, you can sit with us in the green inner courtyard.

Charming old building in the Lend district

The apartment was totally cozy, I felt comfortable right away. For me, the location was perfect. However, the street in front of the bedroom is rather noisy, which did not bother me much because I slept well. Since I quickly get cold, it was a bit cold for me in the apartment during the transitional period. But there are heaters that work well. The old building just needs to warm up! Otherwise everything more than perfect! Very stylishly furnished! Absolute comfort! The view from the shower to the tree in the courtyard was a highlight for me and of course a lot of space for me to enjoy alone. I will always remember the beautiful time in Graz! The apartment has a great location - Lendviertel - absolutely hip! I was only on foot and was very flexible due to the location. Also super easy to reach from the train station. A place to come back and relax and a place for inspiration! Thanks to the nice hosts!

I had an amazing experience at David's place. The place is spacious, clean, with a nice atmosphere. Importantly, it is also in a very central area and it's easy to walk almost anywhere.

Nice 80m² with balcony very central +free A/C

The apartment is perfect for things to do in Graz. Walking to the old town is no problem and if you are a bit on foot, you can take the tram, which stops right in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are a good size and the balcony invites you to linger. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.
