Cabin holiday rentals in Ryfylke

We spent a weekend at Kjetil’s place and it was an amazing experience! The cabin is spacious (the rooms are actually bigger than how they look in the pictures), beautiful, complete with everything we needed, and not to mention, the JACUZZI which we enjoyed so much! We booked this place without any comment or reviews from others as this was a new listing back then, and we didn’t regret taking the risk. It was all worth it. Kjetil was very kind to help us with everything we needed, he was easy to communicate with, and the cabin is perfect for a big group like us — three families, with children and a 3-month baby. We’re hoping to come back here for next year’s winter season!

Spend a nice week in a relaxing environment. Beds very comfortable and also the howling of the huskies every now and then had its charm. Will be happy to come back

Tommy‘s cabin is an extraordinary place and allowed us to enjoy Norway to the fullest: from swimming and catching cod in the fjord with the boat and sauna sessions to incredible hikes. We had an amazing time and hope to be back some day!

We loved the house, and it was so magical to wake up here, with rich bird chirping and beautiful nature! We were three friends who were on a trip and two of us had each our autistic child, and they had a great time in the garden! We were all inspired to get a pond in our own garden after the stay.🤩 The house was also very nicely furnished and it smelled so clean when we entered!🥰 The whole stay gave us real peace of mind. The house is perfect for a relaxing stay! Don't forget that we'll be back🤩

Rolf and Lena's cabin is beautiful and nothing is missing. The location is unique! Hosts are very friendly. Lena had left us a coffee, Easter pastries and fresh flowers to welcome us. We had a great week here and even saw aurora lights.

Beautiful, clean complex that offers the opportunity to relax and explore the island by bike. The limited space in the hut is completely sufficient for two people and offers a special experience.

We felt good both inside and outside! The environments offer several beautiful walks, long or short, for all tastes: in the middle of the sheep, around the lake, next to the waterfalls, in the river, etc. The interior is typical and decorated with antique objects and furniture, which gives it its charm, while offering great comfort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arriving in a foreign country after 2 days drive and being at home is mainly due to great hosts like Lillian and Stein. Rarely have we met such nice people who go out of their way, offer 110% service and are fully helpful. The communication was great, we received an answer to all questions without exception and always very quickly. We had a great time at your wonderful home on the fjord. It is modern, equipped with everything you need. It is clean, lovingly decorated and very cozy. Thanks Lillian and Stein, all the best for you!

Helge is a very nice host who welcomed us when we arrived. The cottage was incredibly cozy! Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Some car traffic past the cabin, just because Preikestolen is so close. The traffic did not bother us - and the location could not have been better. We have had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend this cottage!

Such a beautiful cottage, right on the water. Left and right, nothing but water and nature. We have rarely seen anything so beautiful. Communication with Oystein was straightforward and easy. Since our navigation system misled us, Oystein helped us out of our predicament very quickly with patience. When we arrived, the heating was already on and it was cozy and warm. The bed was facing the window, so we had a perfect view of the fjord from there. The kitchen was very well equipped for our holiday needs. We prepared simple dishes every day. The attempt to shower with the cold fjord water worked great, but it is certainly not to everyone's taste. It was a great experience. Oystein has created a little paradise. It is absolutely recommended to visit this beautiful place and stay there for a few days or longer. We will be happy to come back. Sigrid and Achim

Superb cabin. Beautiful sea views from the deck and a nearby beach and marina for a swim. The huge space would house a whole family or more if needed. Lovely island location with views across the archipelago. Nearby supermarkets in Hjemelandsvagen. Close enough to Lysefjord for Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) hike. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had a great weekend close to the Pulpit Rock. A way to drive on a narrow road, so smart to plan so you don't have to needless trips back to Jørpeland to shop. Great cabin that is privately located in a cabin village. We were really lucky with the weather and enjoyed the great outdoor areas.

A great, quiet house. Absolutely recommended for people seeking tranquility and relaxation. The view of the fjord is gigantic. The house is super clean and well appointed. The way to get to the house is a bit adventurous the first time, but you get used to it. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Ann Lisbeth was also always hassle-free - she responded to messages within minutes. Just a bit unfortunate that we didn't meet her in person.

The sea view lodge is a place I’ll dream of for years to come. It’s the kind of listing that is even more stunning than the photos. It’s so beautifully decorated with the colours of its surroundings! I will never get over how peaceful and restful my experience was there. You will be SO glad you booked this idyllic cottage by the sea! Aina was so responsive throughout our stay and made me feel so taken care of. She was flexible with our arrival time and sent her son to greet us as she was out of town. The lodge has everything you could need, complete with an amazing view of the sea. We did hike Preikestolen and pop into Stavanger, but the main attraction was sitting in the window seat watching the waves and boats pass by. I ran to a nearby beach and enjoyed hiking down by the rocks on the coast. I miss it there already. Thank you so much, Aina and family. I am so grateful you share your home with all of us! We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The view from the large window is absolutely stunning. Gunnar is a very nice and attentive host. He always asked if we were fine and if we had everything we needed. I can really only recommend enjoying a few days in the nature here!
