Beautiful, cozy, and very clean apartment in a wonderful location - close to everything. We had such a nice stay here! The place is well organized. It has everything you need. View from the top balcony is amazing! Definetely will be back when we are in the area again.

Instructions for check in and out were clear. The view of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. I loved that the kitchen had everything that you could need! When I'm in the area again I will definitely be returning here and maybe stay more than just one day

The space was perfect for my sister in law and I. We each had our own comfy, beautifully appointed rooms, each with a mini-split (I like to sleep with the ac pretty cold at night and my sister in law doesn’t) so being in my own room, with control over the temperature was HEAVEN! The view of the bay and tugboats was so pleasant in the morning watching the sun rise. The place is decorated with beautiful accents and useful items in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved their toilet paper! The location is super convenient to everything that makes Portsmouth so much fun! I highly recommend this place! Well done!

Suz’s studio was perfect for a weekend in Portsmouth. We found a free parking spot close by and didn’t need to use the car until we left. Everything in town is close by, and the studio had everything we needed

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

I would recommend this place to everyone. It was steps from the beach had a great ocean view was immaculate as far as cleanliness and up to date. Trust me I have stayed in places in Hampton Beach before that were less than desirable but this place was pristine. Everything was as listed. It is a small and comfortable condo. John was very good at communicating whenever I emailed and accommodated me when I had to change my plans at the last minute. If I could have given more than a five star I would have. Riptide Retreat was absolutely adorable! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Booking and check-in were super easy, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The private porch was such a peaceful spot to unwind, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just a short walk to the Hampton Beach boardwalk and surrounded by beaches—it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

I will be back! I love the location so much and felt comfortable and safe. The food was amazing form every place I chose. The beach being right outside the doorstep can’t be beat. Janine was always responsive immediately. I was very grateful for that. If you’re a single person or even a small family with a child, this is a great spot. The sound of the ocean re-centered me and now I’m ready to get back to selling NC! 🏡

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

Perfect romantic get away!! Many things are closed in Hampton beach in the fall but Portsmouth was close and a great day trip

Excellent host. Response time was very quick. The rental was right across the street from the beach with gorgeous views. Would recommend and will book again.

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
