Apartment holiday rentals in New Hampshire

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

We felt right at home at this cosy stay! Michael left us some homemade banana bread and fresh honey from his backyard and was super nice and responsive! My fiancé went fishing nearby and I stayed in and read! It was so peaceful. It was a lovely kid free stay and we will definitely be back!

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Parking lot was well lit. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this space as our landing zone while in NH. We had 2 families staying near us and our location was perfect for meeting up with them when we wanted. Cute towns nearby and not far to see a nice view! Host was great with clean space and nice snacks for us. Loved the garden out front, too!

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with my friends. It was 3 total and more than enough room. It rained for most of our trip but we made the best of it. They have a spacious patio. Grill and propane fire pit outside. It was very nice. Place was very peaceful. A bit hard to find, GPS kept saying we had reached our destination, but it was a bit further ahead from where the GPS suggested. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Def recommend and would stay here again.

I would recommend this place to everyone. It was steps from the beach had a great ocean view was immaculate as far as cleanliness and up to date. Trust me I have stayed in places in Hampton Beach before that were less than desirable but this place was pristine. Everything was as listed. It is a small and comfortable condo. John was very good at communicating whenever I emailed and accommodated me when I had to change my plans at the last minute. If I could have given more than a five star I would have. We had a delightful stay at this listing. It was a peaceful getaway from the city, and even with rain in the forecast, we felt comfortable and right at home in this spacious, well-appointed listing. The steam shower was quiet relaxing, as well the lighting, air conditioning and furniture. While we didn't work from home on this trip, the desk space would've been great to do. Overall a great space, with just enough to do in the surrounding area.

Very cozy studio! Had a relaxing time in Bradford and enjoyed the consignment store next door. Great for a quiet weekend getaway.

Great place! Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony and from the living space. Walk straight to the beach, and quick walk to the strip. Host was very responsive, friendly & kind. Would definitely rent again!

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

This unit was perfect for our getaway! The location was close to many attractions in the White Mountains area such as the town of North Conway for yummy food and cool shops by the train station! It was also a reasonable drive to the beautiful hikes we came to NH to experience! Rainy weather couldn’t keep us down as the unit was the perfect place to unwind in the jetted tub after a sweaty, tiring hike or just spend a lazy day cuddled on the large sectional with Netflix. The host was extremely quick to respond, however we felt we had everything we needed and more from the moment we arrived:)

been in NH for a month, and this by far is the best bnb in the area. This place has real beds!!!

Angela's place is cozy and cute! Everything is spotless, easy to access and easy to get to Lake Sunapee. Dewey Beach is just around the corner where you can enjoy the little beach and water. Angela was super quick to answer any questions. We would absolutely visit again!

Sean’s place in Wallis beach had a wonderful view. It was a lovely apartment. The unit could have a few upgrades to make it perfect ( trim painted around doors, cabinet doors fixed). We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

I was recommended the place to stay by my brother. It was perfect for a short trip, but would be even better for a week stay or long weekend with family. The space was warm, with nice bedrooms and a great living room open to kitchen to hang out in. The kitchen counter is ridiculously beautiful, makes the space feel a little more up north magical. A pleasant surprise was an ability to do a natural cold plunge in the river right outside (far superior to the regular old home plunges in a tub). The location is perfectly centrally located to be close to restaurants, there is a Brewery not too far, but it feels very connected to nature (you can see the woods and river out back. Highly recommend.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Nice condo close to Loon Mt. Very adequate for my husband and I with our two adult sons. Walking distance to The Common Man restaurant. Equipped with everything needed for a nice ski weekend.

We had a great stay here with our two young kids. The place was clean, peaceful & decorated perfectly - we made ourselves right at home! Great proximity to restaurants, Clark’s Bears and exploring Franconia State Park. Darryl was a great host and very responsive. Stay here with your friends or family for a memorable getaway!!
