Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Russafa, L'Eixample

We hebben uitstekende dagen gehad in dit mooie ruime huis met mooi dakterras. We zijn super ontvangen en hebben 2 avonden heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van de host, casa Montaña, direct naast de woning. Dank voor de goede zorgen Alejandro en Denise! de locatie is prima in een rustige leuke buurt met leuke barretjes met veel locals. alles is prima bereikbaar. je bent snel op strand en boulevard en met de metro ben je ook zo in het centrum van Valencia. Aanrader!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette rêve de maison. La petite maison de Kitty est belle et très bien pensée et aménagée avec un gout spéciale que nous avons beaucoup aprecié. Elle est parfaite pour un séjour de une couple comme nous et la terrasse privée est très appréciable. Le quartier du Cabanyal est trs charmant avec beaucoup des restos et bars et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus longue et je recommande de venir et profiter de ce petit bijou.

Nossa estadia correu muito bem estava tudo muito limpo e organizado o Sr. Victor foi sempre muito atencioso e educado, o seu espaço é muito bem localizado e permite acesso a várias zonas da cidade bem como aos vários meios de transporte, metro, bicicleta e autocarros. Recomendamos vivamente esse espaço e pretendemos voltar

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und super hell, sauber und die Lage ist sehr Central. Das war alles sehr schön und würde es weiter empfehlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet & es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht, sogar Tabs für Spül- & Waschmaschine. Das Bett ist sehr bequem & es ist angenehm ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder hierher zurückkommen!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

De lo mejor! Por mucho uno de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado. Gran ubicacion, centrica pero tranquila. Super limpio y comodo. Carles es un grande.

A wonderful apartment so close to everything including the delicious restaurant downstairs! It is in the mix of everything so street noise of happy people can be heard until around midnight but there are shutters and AC and we slept just fine. Highly recommend!

Super netter Kontakt mit einer extra Hilfe per Telefon. Unterkunft war absolut sauber und in sehr guter Lage. Städtische Probleme sind der Natur geschuldet und kann das Airbnb nichts für. Insbesondere die Terazza zum frühstücken und beisammen sitzen ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Gerne wieder!

A perfect place to stay for a luxury getaway at an affordable price. Also a great location with everything you want and need at a walking distance. Would recommend and would absolutely go back!

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und toll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und das Barrio Russafa ist direkt bei der Wohnung. Dort gibt es viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants. Mir hat auch die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Metro, Bus) gefallen. Belen ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihr war problemlos und sie ist schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt in der schönsten Stadt der Welt 😍

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

Super nemt at finde - gå afstand fra station. Centralt, lækker lejlighed med alt man behøver. kontakt med JuCi var nemt og lige til. alle vores spørgsmål blev svaret hurtig. lejligheden har alt og er som man ser i billederne. masser af plads til afslapning. varmt anbefales

Juan est particulièrement accueillant, sympathique et attentionné. L’appartement est parfait : calme, avec une superbe vue dégagée, proche d’un immense parc, très bien équipé et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails : café, boissons, lait, gâteaux, gel douche, shampoing, armoire à pharmacie, … Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement Juan et je louerai son appartement à nouveau sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci, tout était formidable.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, die Metro zum Flughafen ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im 5. Stock, es gibt 5 Aufzüge. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt von Valencia sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso sehr viele Restaurants und Tapas Bars. Auch zum Strand ist es mit Bus und Bahn nicht weit. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmals mieten, wenn wir wieder Valencia besuchen. Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet.

Die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeber sind großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, und das in einem valencianischen Zuhause. Man kommt von hier aus sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nice place, has lots of room and close to the train station. Jackie was very responsive and flexible the check in time. highly recommended.

Schöne, herzige, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit Meersicht am Strand von Patacona mit diversen Restaurants. Die Wohnung war warm dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Emma war sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.
