Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

A nice house which is also for sale. Only 15min by car from Valencia. Pool is lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

True gem! We felt right at home. The place is very spacious, central location, very safe walkable neighborhood and Cristina is an amazing host. We wish there were more than five stars to give to her place.

It was really great stay. I really appreciate host response in every manner. location is very nearby to Bus & Metro stops. Also 5-7 minutes to main center. Valdeolivas allowed for check in earlier and check out later. All in all it was great stay. Greatly recommend it.

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

Everything was perfect. It was a very pleasant stay. The house is beautiful, very cozy. The owner is very kind and made sure everything was correct. Perfect for visiting Valencia and surroundings. I would repeat it without a doubt.

We had a fantastic stay at Juan Manuel's place! He was very responsive and really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space itself is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in the main living space and main bedroom and ceiling fans in all other rooms. We would definitely stay again the next time we are visiting Alequas!

Perfect location to walk to everything you’d want to see in Valencia. Lots of restaurants, shops, one of Europe’s largest and oldest markets and ancient cathedrals and churches. Place was very nice with amazing views out the living room windows. The host as very communicative with an easy and seamless check in and check out.

Carlos's place was perfect for us! Lidia met us at the door, gave us a tour, and answered any questions. The building is ideally situated. To your right, you can see Plaza de Toros and the subway entrance. To your left, you see Plaza de Ajuntament, ringed by beautiful architecture and historical buildings. The building has a lovely lady as the portera (building attendant/caretaker). The flat is roomy and bright. All bedrooms have air conditioning, storage, and comfortable beds. We often opened the windows to let breezes and fantastic street sounds in. As expected, being in the middle of a very touristy area, sounds will occasionally extend later into the night, which we expected and didn't mind. The kitchen and bathrooms are utilitarian but clean. This flat is the owners' home and well-loved, as it became to us. The cost of the flat for our time was quite reasonable, and Carlos always responded when there were questions. We would happily use this home again.

Fantastic apartment in the port area of Valencia. Jordi provided some very helpful suggestions on what to see and do and we found some great restaurants. The apartment is situated on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the beach but if you don’t want to move then you can enjoy the wonderful roof terrace! Great place to stay if you want to explore Valencia.
