My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had a great time at Anja's place! Located in a former monastery, restored with an incredible amount of love and a sense of detail. The combination of historical charm and modern comfort is really successful – you can feel the history of the place without having to sacrifice amenities. The quiet location is also particularly beautiful: Although the grounds are easily accessible, you can hear absolutely nothing from the street. You are in the middle of nature, overlooking the hills, and yet quickly in Lucca or other excursion destinations. For our two small children it was ideal – plenty of space to play, a fenced garden and numerous opportunities to discover. Anja is a wonderful host: warm, open and with lots of great tips. Not only does she know the region well, but she also has exciting stories about the old monastery. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation!

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Perfectly renovated farmhouse in a great location for hiking/biking. Ideal for weekend stays but also for longer periods. Total availability and kindness of hosts. Everything is perfect!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

Really very nice accommodation and a big thank you to Camilla who takes care of everything. For example, with us, to reserve a tennis court. Full recommendation!

Nicola is more than just a host. He was our friend and helper. He responded to all our wishes and concerns in a caring and quick manner. You felt well taken care of. The communication was familiar, uncomplicated and very friendly. We received valuable insider tips from Nicola about the region and spent our stay like locals. On top of that, we were surprised with fresh plums and a bottle of Prosecco. The accommodation is very clean and there is an indescribably cozy atmosphere. The natural stones make the indoor climate very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the mattress is well stored. There is plenty of parking on the private property and it is very safe. In general, the property is very well maintained, inviting and well connected. The next excellent pasticceria is within walking distance. There are also restaurants. For the next trip to Tuscany, there is no way around Nicola's accommodation.

The perfect location for recharging the batteries and enjoying Tuscany! The house is located in a peaceful village with a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains and is great for visiting the main cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence. It is also not far from the seaside, which was great to escape from the heat. The whole family felt right away at home and we really enjoyed our week in Tuscany. Thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful house spacious and perfect for 6/8 persines, large outdoor spaces that if you have a pet is great. Very kind host and always available. I would love to come back and highly recommend it!

Mariarita's accommodation is really a gem! The furnishings are lovingly, high-quality and tasteful down to the last detail. In addition, everything was extremely clean. We especially liked the outdoor seating and the beautiful garden (which, incidentally, is also remarkably well maintained). We had our e-bikes with us and arrived in Lucca in 40 minutes without stress. Mariarita and her husband are wonderful loving and friendly hosts and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we would come back here immediately!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sandro and his lovely wife once again for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful time in her house! The owners are very, very friendly and were flexible, despite our last-minute booking. We were greeted and bid farewell in person. The two are great landlords! I have 3 large dogs (2 Weimaraners, 1 livestock guardian dog) and it was absolutely no problem to bring them. Of course, my dogs are also well-behaved :) but in the past I often had to experience that other landlords only accept 1 dog or small dogs - here it was absolutely no problem and no prejudice, as often happens to me! I can absolutely recommend this accommodation!!!! The house is very clean & beautifully furnished. Thank you very much :) we will come back!

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

First, a big compliment to Sandro. Communication was perfect. Although we didn't meet in person, we were able to communicate well. The house is fantastic. Much better than the pictures could ever say. This attention to detail is unique. We spent 5 weeks all over Italy incl. Sicily on the road. But this place was one of the nicest. Also a dream for our dogs. Everything fenced and all around real peace. We were all very comfortable. All major cities are easily accessible. Supermarket and restaurants plenty nearby. We did not have children with us, but Sandro is sufficiently cared for with games, play kitchen, cuddly toys and much more. I highly recommend this house. If we visit this area again, Sandro would be my first address.. Thanks for the nice time.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as pictured and described. It was a bit too cold for us to swim, but we did enjoy spending time lounging by the pool. The surrounding area is beautiful! Olive trees all around! Wineries, restaurants, and grocery store all close and convenient. Allessandro was great! Very responsive and gave us a ton of tips and information about the area. He was also super flexible with check in and check out times. WiFi was great, kitchen was stocked better than mine at home! Anything you could ever need! My only tiny complaint is that there wasn’t walking/running paths nearby.

Bianca is one of the best hosts I ever encountered. She is very friendly, welcoming and social. She is very passionate about her house and guests. She treated us like friends and I think we already became friends for life. Her house is very special, magical, clean and beautiful. Its very spacious felt right at home and had everything we needed. Its private and peaceful yet walking distance from Grassina town down the hill, around 10 minutes walk. The town has everything you need from restaurants to bars, Farmacia, little boutique shops and beauty salons. The location is perfect and outside the city but only 20-30 minutes from Florence. I am defiantly coming back to this place.
