Nice host and nice house. There were 4 of us. Due to the fact that it is slightly elevated, the temperatures are lower than in the valley, which was good at the high temperatures. From here many attractions are easily reached by car: Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Livorno and of course the sea.

We had a wonderful time at Paolos Villa! Paolo is a real superhost! He is living just next door and helped as with everything we needed and where he could! Our highlight was that he organized the delicious pizza dough from the local Pizzeria! With those we had an awesome pizza night with the pizza oven in the garden!

Loved the stay! There were six of us there and we enjoyed the time very much. The decor of the house was very tasteful and we felt right at home. We were also very happy to use the garden and barbecue! 😊 The location was very quiet, Staffoli is really a secret tip. We ate very well in the village on the one hand and our excursion destinations (Florence, Volterra, Lucca or smaller villages such as San Miniato, Peccioli) were also very easy to reach! Communication was smooth and they always helped us very quickly and courteously with questions and concerns (e.g. supermarkets / restaurants in the area, side bed to enlarge a small double bed, etc.)! You can tell we were very happy and would like to come back another time 😊

We felt very comfortable. Lovingly and well thought-out accommodation with all comforts. The animals are very well cared for and tame, it was very nice to pet them❤️ The hostess was incredibly friendly and attentive and we would love to come back. Restaurant recommendation: Osteria Etruria...very tasty and super nice and romantic. Buy olive oil at the cooperative in Buti.

We enjoyed the location, everything you could need was there. The cottage offered a lot of privacy, which we like to enjoy on vacation. The house is located on a quiet street for residents only and is a cul-de-sac. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal yourself The bathroom is very spacious and there is a toilet both upstairs and downstairs. Loredana is a Top Host, and also a very nice, warm, and sweet person. She stole my heart. If it's up to us, we'll definitely come back here!

The house , gardens , pool and surroundings were stunning . Everything you needed was there. It is very remote which was absolutely no problem for us but be ready for a very narrow and winding drive to reach the house at the top of the hill .
