Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, close to the beach and small cozy harbor with fishing boats and life. The house is renovated in 2023/2024 with consideration of the old house from 1914. There's a brand new kitchen, and every room is brought to the present standard-with warmth and charm in every room. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities as well as an extended arsenal of coffee equipment, grinder, and coffee beans from roasting in Copenhagen for free. Feel free to use the kitchen, and preferably with care.

The house welcomes you in the spacious entrance hall, with plenty of closet space, bedroom with 2 single beds and closet space, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump. Large terrace with grill. In the secluded courtyard environment is access to a room with bed (140x200cm. ), closet space, electric radiator. There is a secluded outdoor shower. In the garden house there is daybed, table with chairs.

This unique home has its very own style. Located near the city's Axeltorv, close to dining and business, and close to the harbor quay. This is the house for a cozy weekend or a longer vacation. The house contains 2 floors with a ground floor that is furnished as a tasteful "meeting room" with a smaller kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is a larger city apartment with large, bright and south-facing living room, kitchen in retro style (renovated), bathroom with toilet and bedroom. Private cozy courtyard.

Forget your concerns in this spacious and quiet space. Out in the countryside with high to the sky is our small annex of 43 km2, with 1 sleeping room. Either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 Pers. In the living room , kitchenette with 2 cooking burners, mini oven, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer room , toilet with shower, own Teresse with gas grill. The annex is located by the city's edge, close to water and forest for about 10 km from svendborg and Rudkøbing .

Charming village guesthouse with park access

Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home. Small but well is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are made up to two with duvets and linens, and of course there are towels for both of you.

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish cottage with high ceilings, 8-10 sleeping places, huge terrace and garden - all in the first row to the Baltic Sea, which is just behind the dike in the backyard. The house is on a double corner plot with fields as a neighbor. Sleeping space number 4 in the photos is an outdoor annex and can only be used in the summer as it is not heated.
