House holiday rentals in Rudine, Grad Kaštela

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad hier! De ruimte was fantastisch en precies zoals beschreven. De bedden slapen prima (neem DEET mee tegen de muggen), de badkamers zijn netjes. De keuken is ook in orde, met vaatwasser en goede koelkast, verder vrij basic. Vlakbij het appartement kun je in zee zwemmen, de kust is er prachtig. Er zijn een paar restaurantjes en een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen, een auto is wel onmisbaar. Parkeren bij het appartement was voor ons een uitdaging omdat de weg steil is.

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

Great house, amazing pool and top-notch facilities! Everything was super clean and well-equipped — we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

The house is exactly as described, two houses with sleeping areas and bathrooms in both allowing for privacy and space. The pool and eating area were lovely and there is a barbecue area. All in all a fantastic place. The house also has a convenient exit to the seashore. Mario is very attentive, checking in with us every few days. He even welcomed us with some drinks in the fridge (we arrived late). He also allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. He is an excellent host. Restaurants are a 15-25 walk away, so well worth using Uber, only €8-12 into Split. Thank you Mario for a great stay.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Nach herzlichen Empfang durch Cvitas Eltern, haben wir die Wohnung mit herrlicher Dachterrasse bezogen. Der Ausblick war traumhaft. Wir wurden wunderbar umsorgt. Uns wurde so viel Herzlichkeit entgegengebracht, dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr zu Empfehlen !!! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist einfach unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Josip ist extrem freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Makellose Sauberkeit zeichnet das Haus aus. Nur zu Empfehlen!!

Familjens vistelse på Villa Lucis var helt fantastisk, och vår värd Žeki gjorde verkligen upplevelsen extra speciell. Från första stund möttes vi av ett varmt och personligt bemötande. Žeki är en otroligt engagerad och omtänksam värd som såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde för en perfekt semester. Villan är fantastisk – rymlig, elegant och med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Rummen var smakfullt inredda och erbjöd gott om utrymme för både avkoppling och samvaro. Barnen älskade att utforska de olika utrymmena, medan vi vuxna njöt av de små detaljerna som gav en känsla av lyx. Utomhusområdet var en riktig höjdpunkt för hela familjen. Poolen var ren och inbjudande – perfekt för både lek och avkoppling. Trädgården erbjöd en lugn och vacker miljö, och vi njöt av att äta middag tillsammans ute medan vi beundrade den fantastiska utsikten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Lucis till andra familjer som söker en minnesvärd semester. Vi ser fram emot att återvända i framtiden!

Wir haben 14 wunderbare Tage in Mias Haus verbracht und können es anderen wärmstens empfehlen. Das Steinhaus ist wunderschön und Innenausstattung und die Deko passen perfekt zum Haus. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Wunderschöner Strand (angenehmer Kies) mit langer Promenade mit Restaurants, Bars, kleinen Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Apotheken… alles was man eben so braucht. Es werden reichlich Ausflüge geboten. Die fehlende Terrasse haben wir überhaupt nicht vermisst. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt 👍🏻😊 Mia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für alles.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Ivica. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und super herzlich. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgelegt für eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen, die Zimmer bieten genug Platz sind super ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bietet viele Aktivitäten wie Tischfußball, Dart und Billard. Es gibt zwei Küchen, die beide mit den neusten Geräten ausgestattet sind. Wenn etwas in der Küche oder allgemein im Haus gefehlt hat, konnte man Ivica direkt erreichen und sie hat es vorbeigebracht. Die Lage der Villa ist etwas abgeschieden, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Leider hatten wir den Fall, dass es an vereinzelten Tagen stark geregnet hat und der Strom für kurze Zeit ausgefallen ist. Bei dem kleinen Dorf sei dies aber laut Ivica normal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most amazing stay at bloomhill villa, honestly the best holiday of our lives! Mia was the most friendly and attentive host there to answer any questions we had. The house was even better in person than in the photos, every room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we could think of, amazing coffee and ice machines too! We loved cooking and eating out in the outdoor kitchen, one of our favourite parts of the house. The pool was beautiful and warm and the lovely outdoor furniture was the perfect place to relax in the sun. The location was ideal, a very private beach just a stroll down the hill and beautiful walking along the costal paths. We also enjoyed walking to other beaches and bars which were not far away. Trogir is only a short taxi ride away and the most amazing city we have ever been to, with so many brilliant restaurants and bars. We had the most amazing time and will definitely return!

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Fint sted hvor man føler seg som hjemme fra man sjekker inn til man drar. Bra anbefalinger av resturanter, aktiviteter og utesteder av vertens medarbeider. Utmerket air condition og bra wifi.

We had a wonderful time at this place – it truly exceeded our expectations! The apartment was exceptionally clean and decorated with so much love and attention to detail. You feel at home the moment you walk in. A big thank you to Tonka for the amazing time – she is such a friendly and helpful host. The property offers everything you need to relax: a pool, hot tub, table tennis – perfect for unwinding and even spending a few days just doing nothing. 😊 We enjoyed every minute and left feeling completely refreshed. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

An incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a delicious lunch waiting for us—such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture! The villa itself is breathtaking, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. It truly has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The hosts are so kind, warm, and always on hand to help with anything you could need. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend—this place is simply amazing! Also, we’d suggest hiring a car, as it made exploring the local villages and shops much easier. Truly a 5-star experience! 🌟

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta hus! Läget var perfekt - lugnt, tyst och med med en hissnande vacker utsikt. Huset var mycket välstädat och köket välutrustat, vilket gjorde det enkelt att laga mat själva. Det lilla extra vid ankomst, med ost, chark och dryck var en mycket uppskattat gest. Särskilt när man som vi anländer sent, efter att matvarubutikerna har stängt. Poolen var härlig att svalka sig i och pingisbordet bidrog till många roliga stunder. Tillgång till tvättmaskin var väldigt praktiskt. Mataffär och restaurang låg på bekvämt avstånd med bil, vilket gjorde det enkelt att handla och äta ute om man så önskade. Jasna och Jelena var tillgängliga och mycket tillmötesgående i kommunikationen. De ordnade både barnstol och resesäng åt oss, då vi hade en baby med oss i resesällskapet. Vi kan bara varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle gärna återvända!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Die Villa war wie beschrieben, alles sauber und gut gepflegt, mit einem schönen Außenbereich und einem tollen Pool mit Whirlpool. Die Begrüßung erfolgte durch Vedran (Vater des Gastgebers). Er war super nett und zuvorkommend und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes stets per Telefon erreichbar. Sie haben sogar für einen von uns einen Geburtstagskuchen und Dekoration organisiert! Manchmal hört man zwar einzelne Flugzeuge, diese stören aber nicht großartig. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!
