Very nice villa with great host even came with a gift mid way through the week, would defo stay again.

Very nicely furnished with attention to detail. Everything you need. Didn't have to worry about anything. The host is very nice and helpful. Would come back anytime!!!

Great apartment and beautiful private olive tree garden giving plenty of shade around the pool and jacuzzi. Nice big table on the veranda to sit for lunch/dinner out of the sun. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery, then another few minutes further to get down to the sea. Small beaches but places to get drinks, ice cream and a few restaurants on the way. We only discover Kaštel Stari & Kaštel Novi on our last evening, but they are definitely worth a visit for an evening stroll with more atmosphere and lots of restaurants along the seafront. It’s just 7€ in an Uber to get there if too far to walk. We found Ubers were best way of getting about if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a bus stop at end of the road & train station in other direction. We had a lovely holiday & Croatia is stunning! Definitely visit Trogir (mini version of Split) and other islands

A professionally run listing, with a fantastic personal touch. A peaceful location with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained pool. Internally well designed with very extensively equipped kitchen. Mario very responsive to all our questions and he went above and beyond with advice about local medical facilities when needed for our daughter. And an extra shout out his mum who helped us enormously also. Everything was clean and comfortable, short drive to local beaches for great swimming, and plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. Thank you Mario and family.

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

This long-term stay was an absolute gem. Over the past two months, I found exactly what I needed here in Split. The host and their family went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my extended stay. Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at this place – it truly exceeded our expectations! The apartment was exceptionally clean and decorated with so much love and attention to detail. You feel at home the moment you walk in. A big thank you to Tonka for the amazing time – she is such a friendly and helpful host. The property offers everything you need to relax: a pool, hot tub, table tennis – perfect for unwinding and even spending a few days just doing nothing. 😊 We enjoyed every minute and left feeling completely refreshed. If you want to experience the "real" Croatia, Blanka's house is the way to do it! It's even more beautiful than on the pictures and basically right in the middle of the small viallge. Just sit outside the house or in the cafe next door (while the kids are playing on the playground), enjoy life and get to know the neighbours. After two days, it feels like you are living there for years. In a 15-25 mins car ride, you can visit Split, Trogir, nice beaches (while you have a small one just 2 mins away) and great restaurants. And on top of that you have a lovely host that will make sure you have everything you need. So if you are visiting this area, just book Blankas house and enjoy!

We spent 6 nights in the house with my family. Domina was very helpful and the description of the house was very accurate. In particular, the general cleanliness, as well as the outdoor area with grills, are worth mentioning. The location of the house is good, about 300 meters to the beach and about 500 meters to the restaurants on the beach. It is especially worth visiting Konoba Dominika. In addition, I recommend a car that allows you to visit longer beaches, for example, in Labadusa. In the vicinity of the house, less than 1 km away, there are several shops, as well as bakeries where you can get food at a low price. A slight disadvantage is the mild flight noise in the mornings and evenings, as well as the ringing of the church bells at the same time. But you get used to these too. All in all, a brilliant and well-equipped house that is worth visiting.

The place is beautiful. The kitchen utensils are very good quality - everything you need is there. Very good bedding. Very nice living room with a great TV. The only negative point is the size of the shower - a round or pregnant person will have difficulty taking a shower (we discussed this with Antonija). Antonija is very dynamic and is always ready to help. In short, it was a dream to spend the holidays in this accommodation.

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful location, plenty of room in a well kept place. Good pool, went in October and still warm. Even left us a couple of beers etc to welcome us.

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, the furniture was nice, outside and pool area were private and clean aswell. The house had all amenities needed for cooking at home and even had a grill which came in handy. Surrounding area was also beautiful, the beach and a beautiful town with restaurants is a walk away and split is ~20min by car. Visited with a group of 12 and overall we are very satisfied with our experience:)

A cracking find just outside Split. Property immaculate, well kept garden, pool and home, has everything you need. Rino is an absolute gent, met us at airport, dropped us off at accommodation, left some essentials at the accommodation and personally checked us in and out. Very communicative, always on hand. A few local shops, places for coffee, restaurants etc so if you don't fancy an Uber into Split (These are cheap btw!) there's stuff nearby! Book up and you won't be disappointed!
