Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rovinj

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Great stay, apartment in a very good location for discovering the Rovinj region on foot. Great supermarket next door, ideal parking space for couples. And our host was super responsive and friendly despite the language problem, thank you again.

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house there is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the street - so you feel right in the middle of the action. From here we were able to make wonderful excursions in all directions.

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Perfect location to finish holidays in Croatia with an apartment super-close to one of the beautiful beach areas around Rovinj. Walking to and from the old town takes 30 minutes, which is also good to get some air and move, especially after dinner.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We really enjoyed our stay in Maya's appartment! The flat is very comfortable, and the location is excellent - close to the center of Pula, but still quiet in the evenings. While it wasn't quite hot enough to use the terrace, the kitchen and dining space is lovely and if you don't feel like cooking Pula has plenty of options nearby. Maya was always helpful and responsive, and was kind enough to be flexible around our check in and check out times as we were coming by car. She was also kind enough to recommend us great spots for food and where we could find good local beaches too!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Great place to rest, everything is clean, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped apartment for a longer stay. There are large markets nearby, the old town is a 10-minute easy walk away. A big advantage is the provided garage space. All compliments and recommendations.

If you’re looking for a perfect place in Rovinj this is it , If your driving it has a big garage and parking in Rovinj is like NYC in August. Our host was the best , was very responsive and answered all our questions, We have Traveled the world in AirBnB’s and this was one of the best. Okies

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered her help. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! We had a perfect vacation, and we'd love to come back! We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! Vesna greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town, with great bakeries and local stores nearby. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything Rovinj has to offer. Highly recommend staying here!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Very nice accommodation close to the city center, within 10 minutes, beautiful views from the terrace, the terrace was a complete topnotch. Very generous space, big living room, big bathroom, spacious rooms, everything you need is there.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s BnB with our one-year-old. The apartment has a bright, airy, and loft-like feel, and it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. Its location is ideal — just a short walk from the Max City shopping centre for anything you might need, yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and residential. The nearby beach is stunning and never felt crowded. Most importantly, Sara is an exceptional host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. We truly felt taken care of!
