Holiday rentals with beach access in Rovaniemi

We stayed at Jyrki’s flat during our time in Rovaniemi and it has definitely been an important factor for us to enjoy our trip here. Located right in the centre of the city and everything is within a short walk. For places that are further there are bus stations all around you. The flat was immaculately clean and new, compact but felt like home. There was clear instruction of everything inside the house. We arrived early and Jyrki very kindly offered us to store the luggage in the storage in basement. Jyrki has been very helpful throughout the stay and I highly recommend anyone travelling to Rovaniemi staying with Jyrki.

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Very lovely, clean, high-quality furnished apartment in a quiet area where you had a perfect time. Downtown is just a short walk, attractions, and great outdoors nearby. Free street parking right next to the house. Anniina is a great host, I recommend and will definitely be back in this apartment!

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Riverside Dream really lived up to it's name, such a beautiful, clean home with stunning views in the perfect location! Joni-Arttu was extremely responsive and friendly, making the booking, check in and stay so smooth. The property is in a prime location, 10- 20 minutes from most attractions and the airport. We were easily able to book local taxis to and from the home. Such a spacious property that was super clean and decorated for Christmas with a lovely Christmas tree and inviting candles/lights. We (a family of 4) enjoyed the grill hut and sauna and were lucky to witness the Northern Lights from the garden! Our boys appreciated the children's games and the sledges. A highly recommended property, thank you and your brother again Joni-Arttu 😊

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Great place, perfect for people who like peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. We felt immediately at home, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean with everything we needed. The sledges were a bonus for the kids. We even got to see the Northern lights across the frozen river. We hope to come back again soon. 😊

We spent 5 days at Daiva's fantastic home. The house has everything, super comfortable, super close although we had a rental car. The sauna is a plus,the sleds for the little ones another plus. I highly recommend this house and would happily repeat again

Miia is a great host. She is super helpful and help us a lot before we arrive Rovaniemi. The house is such a beautiful place to stay, be it the house environment or their surrounding area. It is too big for 4 of us but we did enjoyed it due to great location in front of the lake. We experienced Northern Light just in front of the balcony. Very recommended to stay! Worth it! We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with a lot of love for detail – you felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was exactly as described if not better. The host was extremely warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. We particularly liked the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere – the perfect place to switch off and enjoy. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. kiki's place is about 15mins walk to the city centre (~1km). it was okay for us to walk to and fro daily (had to clock in those steps! 😂). otherwise, the stay was amazinggggg!! her place felt so warm & cozy. there was also a file with instructions and even recommendations on the activities that we can do here! it's also a short walk away from the museum—Arktikum.

The house is very clean and the environment is comfortable. What is surprising is the large window in the kitchen, where you can enjoy the night sky and even the aurora while dining. The owner was very kind and willing to help us a lot, we are very grateful to him. If I come to Rovaniemi next time, I will stay here again.

I spent a night at Joni's place with my family. It was great . The location is very close to the main area..walkable. Near to market, shops, resturants. The apartment was lovely and was clean. Thanks Joni for hosting us..would love to come back to your place.
