The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This listing had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed eating meals out on the patio in the mild summer weather. The amenities really set this place apart. We enjoyed the games left in the living room, all the kitchen supplies, the bathroom niceties, and the wireless chargers in the primary bedroom. The hot tub was the biggest highlight. It has been well maintained and the instructions left on how to use it made things very easy. Omer was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

Enjoyed a fun and peaceful stay. Janet and Bernard were communicative and helpful, and the house has an amazing indoor bathtub and relaxing outdoor hot tub. Game room downstairs was also fun! I had some issues with allergy/asthma triggers--my fault for not noticing that the house is listed as "pet friendly" and has carpets in the bedroom (everything was EXTREMELY clean, but I'm just really sensitive to residual allergens). Although the house is located on a street with other nearby houses, the hot tub and back porch have fences to maintain a private atmosphere. I recommend dining and hiking in the Hudson area, which is a short ride away. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, with fantastic hosts!

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! You can truly feel the love and care the host has put into every corner of the home. We came here with friends and had the most relaxing and cozy few days, enjoying nature, great company, and everything the house has to offer. We even got to roast marshmallows outside, which made it extra special! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. It really made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with friends!

Elizabeth’s cottage is the perfect home base to explore everything in the Catskills, especially many of the hiking trails. The Urban Cowboy Lodge is essentially next door and offers a great restaurant for dinner and drinks without having to travel into one of the nearby towns. The cottage is also really a unique space with an eclectic mid-century vibe. Definitely will stay here again.

Jessica’s house is likely my best Airbnb stay out of nearly 100 so far! The place feels so much like home, with many warm and personal touches. I can’t say enough about the beautiful surroundings. The property consists of a large lawn, very nicely maintained, and surrounded by woods. We encountered rabbits and deer, apart from the calming sounds of birds all around. The creek is a short walk away, and holes to the waterfalls are close by. If I had a choice, I would never leave! We had an absolutely amazing stay, I recommend this to anyone who likes peace and nature.

Nice and cozy place, large open space. Was able to reach Daniel immediately response. (did not know where to put trash outside). Ground keeper/ maintance man was extremely helpful and very helpful. Bedrooms were small, but had a queen bed and a dresser with draws and to hang clothes, that is all that was needed. Nice large walk in shower.

Beautiful house, even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was especially well stocked. My teenager loved cooking and grilling! We had rainy weather but it didn’t matter-we were happy and comfortable hanging out in the house most of the time! The host was responsive to messages and provided clear instructions. A couple of minor things came up and were addressed promptly. We definitely plan to come again. Thanks so much!!!!

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

I had the best stay in Alex's home with my family and while working. It was spacious, comfortable and homey. The walk to the creek is unparallel, cant wait to come swim in the summer! Alex was also super accommodating with early check-in and a last-minute booking. Looking forward to exploring again soon! Go eat at Julias Local while you're nearby!!!

I’ve stayed at many cabins upstate, and I can genuinely say this was the most magical, breathtaking, and special experience I’ve ever had. The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning—you could truly stare at it for hours. The cozy cabin, the fireplace, the kitchen, and the incredible location made it all feel like a dream. I honestly can’t wait to come back. So happy to have found a cabin I know I’ll return to again and again!

This house was absolutely amazing and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. We felt right at home. Very modern decor, beautiful kitchen and outdoor area had everything you could possibly want. Plenty of room for up to 6 people. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. House is located on a dead end road, so very private and peaceful. Dmytro was extremely responsive and a great host. Will definitely use this house again when staying in the area.
