Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Round Hill Village

Five star all the way. Really amazing location, well maintained unit and John is responsive, communicative and professional to a T. We look forward to coming back to Tahoe and specifically renting this unit.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even more than we could’ve thought to ask for. Every detail was so thoughtfully prepared. Tanya is an amazing host. We look forward to comeback to Tahoe and definitely will try to book this place again. Highly recommend!

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

It was the perfect location for the UNR graduation we attended Out of town but easy access to everything

- First of all the check-in instructions were super clear and concise, unfortunately we've arrived at about midnight so it was a little dark (as is expected as it's in the woods almost!) however because the instructions were really clear it made it very easy to locate keys and find the accommodation. - The description and pictures provided also show the property in a very accurate manner, it's very beautiful inside and incredibly homely, definitely felt like our own little home away from home. The kitchen facilities are also fully fitted so we've had no trouble cooking 'at home'. - One point worth noting is that the images don't do the location it self justice, the area is absolutely beautiful, full of natural wonder and some amazing views. The best part is a big chunk of said views is within walking distance. - I couldn't reccomend staying here enough, it doesn't even have to be snow season to enjoy this B&B! If it were an option I'd give it more than 5 stars, worth every penny!

We stayed at Eric’s place while in the area for a wedding. The spot is conviently located near downtown Truckee while still being tucked away in a quiet part of the Donner ski resort. Eric was very accomodating of requested check in/out timing due to our wedding events, which made our stay all the more simplified.

This was the perfect place to stay in Northstar. I could hike from the apartment and walk to the Village. Our son had easy access to the lifts to go mountain biking, but also had easy access to lower trails. The place was beautiful and well decorated. Everything is just like the pictures and the description. There were no condiments, except salt and pepper, but I think that’s why the kitchen was so clean. I was impressed with how clean the utensils in the drawer were, which is not usually the case when we go to other places. Beds were very comfortable. I did not read the instructions very well and did not realize there was no Central AC. I dared to text them at 1am about the thermostat, thinking I’ll hear from them in the morning , and they responded within minutes!!! There are portable AC units that work very well, but I had not turned them on. Thank you so much Eric & Emile!

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy Tahoe Condo! We had such a great experience staying at this condo in Tahoe. The space was beautifully furnished, giving it a warm and welcoming feel right from the moment we walked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, clean, and high quality — such a nice touch! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, making it really easy to cook meals and feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and it’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Tahoe!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Great value, wonderful place

The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

We had the most amazing stay at this Donner Lake/Truckee gem! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip—plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even ping pong and a hot tub. for the. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown Truckee and all the outdoor adventures. We went hiking, shopping, and spent the day at West End Beach which is a 10 min drive . The hosts were super kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for families, people with pets (we brought our dog), or anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas. We can’t wait to come back!

We have 4 girls and two of them were graduating at UNR the same weekend and your home fit us all wonderfully. We loved the huge open common living room/kitchen/dining room where we could all enjoy each others company. We were so happy to have a fun backyard with a hot tub, BBQ, large table, fire pit and lots of extra seating! And it backed up to a park! This has been a tradition to give each girl a fun college graduation get together and this home checked all the boxes! Absolutely pristine home! Thank you, Wendy B

Wow what a great cabin for families! We all had our private areas which is great with little ones. Tons of amenities and things to do around the home. Was fully stocked, updated and very clean. All together one or the best rentals I’ve stayed at! Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Micheal’s cabin was awesome and worked out perfect for us, he was very responsive and the house was in a great location. Looking forward to coming back!

This home is perfection. Super clean, lots of natural light, nice Kitchen to prepare meals, and no fuss check-in/out. A colleague and I stayed here for work and it the bedrooms/baths were nicely divided between the floors allowing privacy for both of us. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.
