Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

The place was great. Very quiet neighborhood and easy parking. One thing that wasn't in the description, is the unit number. Once we got the info, it was super easy access. The amenities are awesome. Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal and all the dishware required. I highly recommend this one.

We visited south lake tahoe with friends for the weekend. Very comfortable place for our group. Apartment was loaded with amenities. Host Eddie was super friendly and gave us helpful instructions for easy checkin. We had some trouble finding parking when we returned late at night as there are limited in number. Good scenic location, good sized condo, comfortable beds, and clean condo. Will plan future trips here.

Me & my family were in town for a volleyball tournament @ the Sparks-Reno convention center. It was about 11min drive. The main road had plenty of fast food which helped us when coming in @11-12am. The place was so clean & cute! We took advantage of the tanning but didn’t have time to swim :( Beds were okay. Kitchen was great well stocked. The building is super dog friendly I would definitely boom again next yr when we come back!

A charming place with a unique interior design. Though the location is a bit away from the city center and I could hear some music from the next room late at night, the overall experience was pleasant. The inside of the house is much nicer than it looks from the outside

We had a wonderful time. My daughter was staying with me so they took the extra time to set up the pull out bed. The wine and snacks were a great addition! Fabulous location. Quiet street but close to everything

Cathy’s place is great. Comfortable for 6 people. Nice living room and dining room space. Very clean. Great location. Cathy is responsive and helpful. The game console was a bit hit with our kids keeping them busy for hours.

Great stay! Everything about this condo was terrific - location, amenities, ease of check-in and parking, cleanliness, communication, etc. We had everything we needed for our stay, and I loved that they had plenty of towels for us (so many places don't). The view was great and it's located right in the heart of The Villages so there were restaurants and shopping right outside our door. Great location for winter or summer stays. Highly recommend - we'll definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even more than we could’ve thought to ask for. I had a great long weekend at Ryan's place while skiing at Palisades & Alpine. Self check-in & check-out was very easy with clear instructions. The corner unit is quiet and private but still walkable distance from the Olympic village and the ski lifts. The place was well kept and felt more like staying at a hip friend's apartment than the typical rustic cabin Tahoe feel. I felt right at home. The kitchen and appliances seemed brand new and the large living room area was very comfortable complete with a TV and record player. I also liked having access to a ski locker on the ground level. I would highly recommend this place for a solo or couple Tahoe get away and plan to be back some time soon!

I booked hoping it would accommodate my teenage grandchildren. I was not disappointed. Right in the heart of Silver City, yet quiet and very comfy. Location is ideal to venture in any direction of the Reno/Tahoe/Dayton/ Carson City area. Virginia City is next door! Again, the craftmanship is top shelf. Thank you, Sean!

- First of all the check-in instructions were super clear and concise, unfortunately we've arrived at about midnight so it was a little dark (as is expected as it's in the woods almost!) however because the instructions were really clear it made it very easy to locate keys and find the accommodation. - The description and pictures provided also show the property in a very accurate manner, it's very beautiful inside and incredibly homely, definitely felt like our own little home away from home. The kitchen facilities are also fully fitted so we've had no trouble cooking 'at home'. - One point worth noting is that the images don't do the location it self justice, the area is absolutely beautiful, full of natural wonder and some amazing views. The best part is a big chunk of said views is within walking distance. - I couldn't reccomend staying here enough, it doesn't even have to be snow season to enjoy this B&B! If it were an option I'd give it more than 5 stars, worth every penny!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The unit was sparklingly clean. The location is perfect in Northstar village, and we were able to park till 4PM after checking out which was very helpful. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Tracy was great at communicating before and throughout our stay. We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. The place is lovely (special shoutout to the snacks and card!), and the location is perfect for a ski weekend getaway!

We booked last minute on memorial weekend. Our daughter has a summer job in Truckee so we were driving her from Idaho. Is at the end he of town, quiet, easy access. We missed how to get in (where clearly in the instructions). Dusti was quick to respond - even in the busy weekend!

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.
