Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Roubion

Jean Marc’s place is one of the best place you can stay in town, the space is huge for a couple with superb design and layout. Not to mention that the view is more beautiful than many places in Nice. JM is a super clean person and everything in the apartment is in top perfect condition. JM is also a very detailed person and is a great host as he would tell you in person how do things work etc. highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

A lovely little hidden gem. Great and handy to get around the old town. Fantastic view and outside space.

We were 3 couples staying at Christofer's place. It was comfortable , but the bedrooms were a little small. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. There are only two toilets, so that created slight inconveniences. The location was prime with great shops, restaurants and cafe's in the area. Christofer and his family were attentive and informative. Overall, a very positive experience.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

Jerome’s place is absolutely perfect: the place is spacious (more than anticipated), with comfortable seemingly brand -new furniture, impeccably clean, and located just a half block from the main square and the entrance the historic walled city. He is very friendly and wanted to make everything was just right. I had an amazing stay. Tip: the local 655 bus is the easiest, most practical, way to visit St. Paul de Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer—much easier than trying to drive and park. But it’s confusing is the right ticket so I downloaded the app to use.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

The pool is fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️

A magnificent apartment with a large roof terrace and magnificent views. I could easily have stayed in the apartment for longer. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and center of Cannes in about 20 minutes. The host was nice and gave clear instructions. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cannes.

To start with Martina was amazing, responsive and super helpful. She was also super flexible. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all things needed to make cook. The AC in each room works perfect. And the view from the balcony takes this place to another level. The elevator always worked for us which was also a plus. Would highly recommend and will def try to come back and stay at Martina’s 😬

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.
