Perfect house! Spacious, clean, cozy, with all the accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms) very close to the center of the village and in an ideal location also to find parking. The Owner was very helpful throughout our stay and fully met every need. Thank you again 🙏🏻🤗

Lovely place, beautiful sea, with access to a pebble beach almost for private use, Amelia and Gaetano welcomed us as if we were family, giving us all the necessary information to spend our vacation in the best way, friendly and never invasive, we will definitely be back next year

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Francesco is a host who is always available, his apartment is comfortable and very close to the sea, definitely a great place to live in the heart of Schiavonea!

Hello ,I was with my family in August 2024 good experience quiet area near a nice beach campsite within walking distance About 50 meters away if you do not want to take the car. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car both for other free beaches and to reach places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the village is nice if you want to turn there is a lot to see. Absolutely great place in Corigliano Rossano. The host was very friendly and nice. Even came to get us at the bus stop, so we wouldn’t need to roll the suitcases 900 meters. Of course, all the communication is in Italian, but that is what translation applications are for, so super easy :) the apartment is about 2 minute walk from the sea. About 15minutes slowly walking to the bigger supermarkets. Bakery is right around the corner, gelato place also about 5 minute walk. The place is on the 3rd/4th floor (depending if you count the ground level). The only thing missing is the WiFi, so just keep that in mind if you need one. Overall, great host and great value place!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

This place was a delight. It’s cosy and clean. It’s styled perfectly for the space. Stop at the given address and look for the front door - slightly below the footpath level.

Everything is great! A perfect place for a seaside vacation. Really clean, clear, hot water. Terrace view is very nice. Glad to come back!

Very good stay, I recommend it if you go on vacation and to disconnect. If you need to work from there, it's not a good idea, the wifi doesn't work very well.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
