Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small, fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet to the rear and once across the street, you are already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes, is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park and the sea 2 minutes away on foot. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

We were very pleased. Perfect for a beach holiday. Clean modern apartment, good location. The city was also within walking distance. The architectural style is reminiscent of apartments such as those found in Center Park, for example. In June, it was still hot, but since you can only ventilate on one side and there is no draft and the building, unlike traditional Tuscan buildings with thick walls, does get quite charged towards evening, I think it would have been too hot for us in July August at 36 degrees or more in the apartment to be able to bear it. At 29 degrees in June, however, it was still okay. Otherwise, I could list countless things we liked, we were fully satisfied. Perfect hosts

It was one of the best accommodations! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they will always help and advise, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-groomed territory, apricot tree and beauty around! I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Their family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was super clean and can all the comforts! The host is very friendly and helpful. Top location. Bus stop right at the door where you can easily get everywhere. Meeting the owner's mother. A fantastic lovely woman!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Five stars! Everything was just right for us in Maria's accommodation! The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped (really every little detail was thought of!) and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. We especially appreciated Maria's warm hospitality. She was always available and gave us great tips. We really enjoyed our holidays in San Vincenzo!
