Beachfront holiday rentals in Rosignano Solvay

We were in the apartment for a week and spent most of the time on the terrace. The view of the sea and the sunsets are fantastic. In our opinion, the apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped and has plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. A big plus is the private parking and the proximity to the center. Many restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance.

Apartment as pictured, with a large covered veranda and terrace from which you can see a spectacular sunset over the sea. Covered parking at an agreed rate just a short walk from the apartment. The host was very helpful and responsive. We stayed a few days but it deserves more.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

The place was very nice and just like in the photos. We were greeted with a Prosecco, various juices and food in the refrigerator. The location is very good and only 5 minutes from the beach.

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Ilaria is a great hostess. Her apartment is beautifully situated by the sea, the great garden invites you to relax. We enjoyed it very much. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and was always available.

The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Pleasant stay and good house amenities

We had a perfect vacation, with a three-month-old girl it was all very simple! Convenient location, TOP cleanliness and hospitality! Ilaria takes care of every detail... Rooms equipped with every comfort. It's like being at home and especially with family, my baby didn't miss anything, bathtub, changing table, crib and even a pillow for breastfeeding! So many little details that make a difference. Ilaria really is a lovely person, never found a host like this!

I booked for two of my friends, who were satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort and location of the accommodation.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Thank you for letting us rent this nice apartment. We arrived by train and stroll down to the apartment without any problems with the suitcases. We arrived a little early, but got access to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and nice. Located very close to the beach and central to restaurants. Quiet and cozy city, was easy and go by train for about 15 minutes to Pisa and the leaning tower. Very good communication with the host. Can safely recommend this apartment.

Flexible check-in and check-out times made the trip with my girls more relaxing; the live experience was even more beautiful; I will definitely be back

This was a last minute booking for us, but we felt SO happy to have found Sandra’s lovely place in the centre of Viareggio. The bedroom is HUGE and easy to keep cool with shutters. The hosts have the place next door as a holiday home and we got to meet them (and share pizza) when they visited. The location was perfect - one minute’s walk to the ‘buzzing’ promenade with great cafes, shops and the AMAZING beach. We hired a car from Pisa airport but next time we wouldn’t - everywhere we wanted to visit was quicker and easier by train (Lucca, Cinque Terre and of course Pisa). The station is an easy 10-15 walk away but without a car, a taxi would be a good idea with cases. A definite highlight of this holiday was the care, kindness and generous hospitality of our hosts. They immediately responded and offered a perfect solution when we had a minor problem. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but this was special. Thank-you for everything Sandra, Ettore and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Elena is an excellent host. She was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the apartment. She made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and close to the beach and promenade. The experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.
