We had an amazing stay and everything was exactly as described!!

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We came to town for HITC and Thomas was very accommodating. He responded very quickly. The place was spacious, enough to fit 5 people. Two rooms with a queen/king bed, a very comfortable couch & spacious bathroom. The kitchen was nice as well. We will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town.

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

Jason was kind, responsive, and super flexible with my check-in time and date. The apartment itself was super clean and in a cute neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi isn't super strong; since my friend and I stayed for a festival, we weren't home most of the time so this was not an issue for us but may be for those who are working remotely. Would definitely stay again!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

It’s a great deal and a last minute booking but the other Airbnb people weren’t pleasant they were making so much noise outside of the quiet time they were cooking and having loud conversations making my stay unpleasant but I didn’t want to wake the host - if that happens to you message the hosts IMMEDIATELY- they don’t mind and I would stay there again and I felt so safe! Love the host but speak up if the other people are not abiding by the rules making so much noise.

Tony’s place was just as described and within walking distance of so many great places. Had a small mishap of the code on the door not working when we got home late at night, but Tony and Cat were responsive despite the time (1am!) and got us back in no problem.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is aesthetic and well-maintained, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere throughout. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from a rice cooker to a filtered water dispenser, and even board games for cozy nights in. We especially appreciated the wardrobe space and how complete everything felt. The host was very communicative, easy to reach, and always helpful—definitely a big plus! A couple of minor things: the ice machine in the fridge wasn’t working during our stay, and the TV connection on the second floor was a bit slow. Also, for fellow Asian travelers, having a bidet would be a nice added touch for comfort. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Annie was very quick to respond and attentive. She made sure we got everything we needed for our 1 week stay. Place looked exactly like photos. Location is very accesible.

This place always feels like home. Just comfortable and quiet and the host Jason and his wife are great people and super friendly and they have a super sweet and loving dog name Honey who loves to welcome guests. I can only recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a nice, clean quiet stay.

This has been the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The host is incredibly accommodating, kind, and generous, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Fresh, delicious meals are offered daily, and both the room and bathroom are impeccably clean. The host maintains the home with great care and dedication, cleaning thoroughly every single day. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be booking again whenever I am in the area.

Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

We really liked the place, it was a walking distance to Caltech and very close to Trader Joe's and other shops. Kitchen and appliances were excellent, kitchen was well-equipped, bathrooms were nice and clean, bedrooms were very nice too. The area is wonderful, very quiet and yet with shops nearby. I'd stay again.
