Townhome holiday rentals in Rosemead

The rental has a great location- very close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, close to the beach. For the price, it's great space at a convenient location. I love the well-maintained community space and pool. Some negatives: No AC. The unit heats up considerably during the day. No neighborhood street parking without a permit. The garage is nice space for standard sedans or smaller vehicles. It's a challenge for mini-vans and SUVs to park. Noisy due to the unit is next to a busy street.

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Beautiful place and a great location, close to all the hotspots. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Easy walk to the parks. Inside was very nice and had everything we needed. Outside is a little run down.

The host, Zimi, was very nice and very quick to solve some questions after check-in. The room is clean and tidy and convenient for use.The location is also good for getting around. Anyway, it was a nice experience.

Alex’s house was great! The house was super clean and in overall great shape, you can see it was recently renovated. It is also very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. House feels really safe as it is gated and the parking is also inside of the gates. Location was also very good for visiting LA as it is central and only a couple of minutes away from Koreatown. Would definitely recommend and book again when in L.A

My family stayed here for a Disney trip and it was well worth it . It was only 17 minutes away from the park and it fit all 9 of us. Although it does have a lot of stairs. I would definitely stay here again

Clean airbnb with nice comfortable bedrooms. We were a 10 person group in town for a weekend festival, and I'd book again if I had the chance

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

loved how close dtf was and many, many other stores. the neighborhood is quiet and pretty friendly, my mom made friends with all the neighbors lol. it provided what we needed and if we had any issues, such as tiny issues with the wifi, Michelle responded quickly and promptly. enjoyed our stay!

Disneyland was our main reason for the stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the walk to Disney was as described! I forgot to time it but I think it was around a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney where you go through security. Even after 16 hours at the park the walk still felt easy. Also close enough you could go back midday if needed but we decided to power through. We had our own stroller but the ones provided were nice, multiple options. Pictures match reality and we loved the Disney theming and kids toys/books. We utilized the kid pool and playground as well, nice extras. Place was clean, well stocked and came with plenty of recommendations. If you’re planning a Disney trip skip the tiny hotel rooms that cost more than this for a similar distance to the park!

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

The location speaks for itself, a hidden gem in the hills. Highly recommended
