Holiday rentals with a pool in Rosemead

I loved this house! Perfect for my travel partner and I on our business trip. Super clean, beds comfortable- nice pool to swim in. The kitchen is great- TV and living room was good. The host was super responsive and proactive with everything. Truly one of the best AirBnB’s I have stayed at. Well done.

Our stay was perfect, the outdoor space is amazing. Xun kept in touch throughout making sure our stay went smoothly. There are a few supermarkets and a few eating places within walking distance, we hired a car to further explore LA, overall a great experience

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

Wow! This is the most lovely AirBnB I have ever stayed in! It was gorgeous and had everything I needed and more. It had an overly generous kitchen, with a milk frother, a clean kettle, cutting boards, all kinds of glassware, mixing bowls everything was clean , tidy and organized. .. The couch was super cozy, dining room was large and loved the open floor plan in this historically charming cottage. The office even had yoga mats that we did not get a chance to use… all in all it was very thoughtful. Loved that we were able to do laundry and the abundance of clean towels and washcloths. Bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the bidet was an added luxury. Gorgeous view of the trail and we loved unwinding and loosening up our muscles in the jacuzzi. Pool was lovely although we didn’t get to use. I hope I can be back soon.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

Great stay. I have stayed in this building before and this unit was just as solid. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location is ideal and the vibe of the building is always on point. I actually liked it so much that I’m renting a condo a few floors up and moving in later this month. Thanks for a smooth and welcoming experience.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful. Very clean and cozy. Anthony and Janey are really accommodating and responsive. I would definitely book with them again.

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Lisa’s home was beautiful, clean, and quite comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area, but with lots to do and see very close by. She and her family were kind, polite, and responsive.

What a gem of a stay at David’s peaceful, secluded house. We were particularly struck by the peacefulness of the location but still close to LA hotspots. David was amazing from start to finish and we were really impressed by how quick he was to help us with any topic (hikes and cafe recommendations). Will definitely come back, I am glad we booked it as soon as we saw it. The photos don’t do it justice but the reviews are right - it is an amazing place.

Gina's house was a great place to host our friend getaway for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and 5 of us shared the house. Everything about the house matched how it was advertised, with the pool being the biggest highlight. In between our wedding plans, we spent virtually every waking minute at the pool and it was lovely. The backyard feels like your own little private getaway. There are privacy fences around the entire perimeter, but then additional shrubs/trees that make you feel even more confined in the space. We felt like we were totally alone back there and we really loved that. The place is walkable to a handful of coffee places/restaurants/etc, and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about any place in Pasadena. Gina was helpful, responsive, proactive in reaching out/sending check-in instructions, etc. We had a great time and would stay again!!

Trevor’s home was perfect for 10 of us. The thoughtful touches, including jar of snacks and fresh coffee beans were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The kids (aged 8-18) enjoyed the game room and the pool. There is a Wii in the garage if you’d like to bring games. Many pool toys, board games, and outdoor games to keep the kids entertained. All TVs had live tv. Although you are close to Disney, you would have to walk to the back end/parking garage/downtown Disney. We opted to get dropped off. The cookware sets, kitchen and dinnerware were all of good quality. (Green Pans, Henckels knives). Communication was mostly outside of Airbnb app and with on call manager with any questions. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!
