È stata un ottima esperienza, casa vicino al mare e ad uno splendido ciringuito, ottimo e con buoni prezzi! Condominio fantastico a due passi da golf club. Susana è stata accogliente e precisa nelle indicazioni! Appartamento confortevole e molto carino! Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Todo fenomenal , hemos estado muy a gusto. Los anfitriones muy pendientes si necesitábamos algo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Apartamento agradável com excelente varanda. Apesar de Roquetas de Mar ser bastante massificada, o apartamento fica numa zona razoavelmente calma, ainda que com muita gente. A anfitriã deu algumas indicações úteis e deixou alguns presentes de boas vindas.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

Schitterend appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Heerlijk dakterras om op te ontbijten en van het uitzicht te genieten. Airco werkt goed in alle ruimtes. Uitstekende wifi. Parkeren in de garage onderin het complex. Mooi en schoon zwembad. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het strand en 10 minuten loopafstand naar de supermarkt en restaurants. Het appartementencomplex ligt in een rustige omgeving en is brandschoon. Een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from Gracia and her son after driving from the airport. Lovely apartment with wi-fi. Underground parking available but we always parked on the road near the entrance. Nice view of pool area from the balcony. The apartment is as shown in the listing photos. The building and pool area is well maintained. Always hot water available and the washing machine was useful. Around a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and another 5 minutes to the sea front. There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk.

Sophie was an amazing host and went over and above. Flexible with checking times as our plans changed at short notice. The accommodation was clean with amenities provided. The ‘welcome’ booklet provided useful recommendations for days out and local restaurants. The property is front line to the coastal walkway and nature park. Absolutely great location. I would highly recommend the property and host.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 2 jährigen Kind. Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Tolle Terrasse auf der man meist windgeschützt den Meerblick genießen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Indudablemente, si volvemos a venir a Roquetas, nos alojaremos en el apartamento de Jesús: trato amable y cercano, y buen asesoramiento en todos los aspectos (restaurantes, lugares de interés...). Una de las cosas que nos sorprendió fue que el apartamento es más amplio de lo que muestran las fotos, haciendo la estancia muy acogedora. Además, hay que añadir que la piscina de la comunidad está genial... Cabe destacar también la facilidad que hay para aparcar, así como la buena localización que tiene...¡¡¡Hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto!!!

Gaïa est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les mieux typique. Elle ne parle pas français mais à appelé sa cousine qui elle le parle de façon excellente, donc aucun quiproquo. Nous sommes arrivés en retard mais elle nous attendait, elle nous aussi expliqué où nous garer à proximité. Sont logement est top, et le prix est parfait. Je recommande en tout point

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

Pasamos una excelente semana de vacaciones en familia; fuimos dos adultos, una adolescente y nuestro gato. Fue el que mejor se lo pasó pues el piso es amplio y con un balcón al cual se asomaba para curiosear. La terrasa muy agradable. Disfrutamos de la proximidad de las playas, así como de restaurantes. Sin duda repetiremos.

Hemos estado genial en el apartamento de Jesús, tanto él como su mujer han sido super atentos. Todo super bien!

Maria es una excelente anfitriona, muy pendiente de todo desde antes de llegar hasta la salida. Atenta y gentil, te da maravillosas recomendaciones de las playas y sitios de interés. Altamente recomendable la estadía, volveremos.

Het verblijf in het appartement van Peter was geweldig. Alles was conform de foto’s en de beschrijving. Er ontbrak echt aan niets in zijn appartement. Het is ook rustig gelegen maar op loopafstand van de drukte (restaurants, bars e.d.) en zeer dicht bij de zee en het natuurpark langs de kust. Kortom we hebben volop genoten van het verblijf en bevelen het zeker ook voor anderen aan!

We had really nice stay at Francis's apartment. First of all, Francis is just an amazing host. She's very helpful and always answered our questions super-quickly. We also loved how she decorated the apartment! It's so pleasant to spend days in nice surroundings, beautiful paintings, on a comfortable couch. In the apartment there is everything you need, from simple plates to the coffee machine and some basic kitchen spices etc. Double bed is very comfortable and roller blinds make the bedroom very dark, so you can sleep well. The apartme is bright, even though there is no direct sun inside apartment in February and March when we were staying. Also on the balcony, you have to be aware that in winter months there won't be a sun. But anyway we enjoyed looking at golf players and view of mountain. Localization is also perfect, a few steps to the beach, in so calm area (in winter), very close to natural park with flammings. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough great things about this lovely apartment and the community of Almerimar. Lisette is a fantastic host. I highly recommend it to future guests!
