We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located. Quiet area and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. Antonio is very attentive to everything we asked and the cleaning service is also very good. We will repeat in summer to enjoy the beaches.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

Both Miguel Angel and Loli have been super good hosts. Clear instructions, the apartment is small but comfortable and sufficient to spend a weekend. The location is exceptional. Very close to the beach and the 501, so there is a lot of leisure in the area. We would definitely repeat.

The house is like in the photos, cozy and the garden is great. The pool is wonderful too. The air conditioning in the rooms is great for sleeping. To warn: there is not much kitchenware, no good frying pan, and the gas oven is malfunctioning, so keep it in mind to bring your own things if you want to cook something concrete, and so you don't have the oven.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Antonio's house. The house has everything you could possibly need. The place is spacious and also very quiet and cozy. The bedroom windows overlook the green park, and the other windows overlook the pool and the scenic mountains. There is also a very nice beach within a short walking distance from the house, in my opinion the best beach in the surrounding area. We work remotely and the place has fast internet and is suitable for work. Antonio is a very nice person and it was easy and pleasant for us to communicate with him.
