We had a great time in Avignon! The apartment is as described, refurbished, ideally located, very close to the sea. The residence's swimming pool is lovely. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return!:)

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

We had a lovely stay in Elsa’s place. It is beautifully decorated with an insane view of the gulf! Such a stunning place to work and the WiFi was also really reliable for online meetings. The kitchen was also really well equipped and the kids loved their bunk beds. When we had an issue, our hosts were super quick to respond. Thank you so much!

The house is simply wonderful. The location is perfect, the decor tasteful, nothing is missing. The large terrace invites you to sunbathe. The beach is only 5 minutes away. The bathing bay is very beautiful. It was already our third stay in Johana's house and we will definitely come back. All in all highly recommended Five stars plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰

We loved this space! Very comfortable. Extra blankets, pillows and towels. Beautiful views! Well appointed space. We felt Secure! Grocery store across the street. An abundance of restaurants and shops. The beach is across the street. Loved every thing! MJN was helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again!

We had a truly lovely stay in this beautifully designed, modern flat. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully styled, with a real eye for detail — it had the charm of a designer home while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we all slept very well. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and although it took a moment to locate the pots, everything was in excellent, new condition — just like the rest of the flat. One of the real highlights was the view: absolutely stunning. Looking out over the sea from the window was every bit as wonderful as described, and it really made our mornings something special. Altogether, a very well-appointed flat in a good location between Nice and St Tropez — we would happily return.

We had a great stay in this villa located in a private residence. The view of the Mediterranean is splendid. The beach is about a 15-minute walk, which is very convenient. We also took advantage of the pool, which was heated and treated with salt, as well as the leisure facilities: table tennis, petanque... The residence also has a tennis court. Our stay was also an opportunity to discover the surroundings: Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes and Monaco. A big thank you to Laeticia for her availability, as well as to the person in charge of the pool for his kindness.

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. Nice ground floor of villa well furnished, clean and well equipped. The exterior is great, deckchairs at will, easily adjustable parasols, very pleasant pool and small plancha. Jérôme and Carolane are very welcoming, responsive and completely discreet, we felt like we were alone in the house. Several activities in the immediate vicinity: beaches, "customs trail", boats to St Tropez. We'll be back with pleasure!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Very nice welcome by Olivier. Impeccable accommodation in a very quiet residence. Small shops and the sea nearby. I recommend it.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

Thank you to Matthieu for his hospitality and for his pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the access to the apartment, which was secure but very easy (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
