Holiday rentals with lake access in Rogoznica

We had such a wonderful stay at Sandra's apartment. She and her family were so welcoming to my friend and I and we really enjoyed spending a little time with them when we first arrived. The location was peaceful, but also a very short walk to multiple beaches as well as downtown with many restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend the location and apartment to anyone, and I will visit again if I'm ever back in the area.

Beautiful place. Walking distance from cottage there is a beautiful lake were you can swim. The area is quite and peaceful. Cottage was extremely clean and there were all the required essentials. Bed was super comfortable. For those looking for tranquility this place is high recommended.

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Joja Villa. The outdoor kitchen and pool are amazing and the views of the mountains are insane. Great location, not far from Split and lots of great restaurants/ supermarkets in Sinj. We were seven adults and our 2 year old, and there was tons of space. The hosts are by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. They gave us a free meal at a local restaurant in town, which was delicious as well as proving us with fruit and veg from their garden, as well as preparing us lunch one day. Would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

The host was incredibly gracious and responsive and we found that any issues that came up during our stay (though there weren't many) were cleared up almost immediately. The apartment was beautiful and clean and we ended up spending more time there because of this. Although the pool was closed because it was chilly outside, we spent our fair share of time in the sauna. Overall, highly recommend! It's a 10-15 minute drive in order to get to any restaurants, and we found that to be the only drawback.

The accommodation in a basement is spacious, beautifully decorated and is in a peaceful place. You can go to Skradin on foot. And of course not very far from Krka Park. Anna welcomed us.

Everything worked out great. As a welcome gift, there were cold drinks for the kids and cold beer for us. The large barbecue area was great. Small playground for the children was also available.

All as described from previous guests, nothing to add but this: We didn't have a car. The place is 15 min with taxi from the aeroport. A walk of 25 min brings you to a number of restaurants and in 50 min walk you are in Trogir. Heaven for SUP lovers. The place was nice, clean, spacious. Upon arrival, we had less attention in the fridge - wine, ham, cheeses... The host was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived later, it wasn't a problem. The host ordered us a beautiful fairy of ice where we saw dolphins and amazing islands in Croatia. Highly recommended. Great place to stay for a good price. We're happy 😊

A big favorite for this family and this apartment. I was really sad to leave. We were welcomed like a mom with her kids. everything is well equipped, clean. A great welcome at the door with arrival gifts. Excellent wifi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, a large shower, free parking and air conditioning which was vital during the summer. My eldest said wow this is luxury😂. In short, I shared the address on the networks because it was really nice. We are 10 minutes from Skradin, we stayed 5 days (visit to Krka, Split, Trogir, swimming in Lake Skradin, Primošten, Šibenik...). We were in peace. Everything was perfect!!!! Every time we needed something, we had it right away, it was amazing. You will remain the best memory of my vacation for this first one in Croatia. ❤️❤️❤️

I had a pleasure of staying at this apartment for a long-term rental during my student exchange. From the very beginning, communication with the host was excellent, he was always very helpful. The apartment itself was exactly as described, it was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the Žnjan Beach. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Split.

We had a beautiful time at Anita‘s appartement! It truly is a special place. The neighbours and their cats and dog made it even nicer :) The appartement has everything you need and every space is thoughtfully used. Anita gave us a warm welcome and the communication in general was really easy.

Luka and his parents were very accommodating and always helpful. The communication was great and they were always available and there immediately when you needed them. There was homemade honey and fresh figs as a welcome greeting, as well as a very good, homemade wine. In addition, bottles of water were cooled, so right upon arrival what has fresh to drink, you are very welcome in the heat. Thank you very much for the hospitality for the constant helpfulness. We are more than happy to recommend it.

The four of us spent a week at Branka's house. From beginning to end, everything was perfect, be it the communication with Branka (she always responded very quickly to inquiries), the warm welcome by Branka's parents, the furnishings of the house (especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing) and last but not least the unique location with breathtaking views of the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have definitely come to the right place. Despite the secluded location, you can also quickly reach the city by car. We can fully recommend Branka and the "private beach house" and will definitely come back!

Mario and his father are great hosts. They treated us wonderfully and made us feel very comfortable. The house is in perfect condition, has a great pool with constant temperature (28ºC) and has a barbecue, bicycles, etc., ideal for children. It is a fairly well located house to visit Dalmacia Central, in addition, we were lucky enough to be able to see the festivities of SINJ, the Alkar. Highly recommended house.
