Apartment holiday rentals in Rogers Park, Chicago

Really comfortable home with thoughtful details. Easy access to many parks and restaurants, and also close to everything we needed for our family event. Sheila was very warm and helpful. There was more traffic than I expected (Evanston is hopping!), but we still always found parking within half a block. Great stay!

Other than a little bit of dustiness, we felt the unit was quite clean. Everything we needed was there plus extra supplies were available as well. We learned about the stairs from other reviews, but not from the description of the unit. There were three of us and it was absolutely awesome to have three separate bedrooms so we each had one to ourselves. It was also great to have a parking space in a convenient place. Kwan was very communicative and that was highly highly appreciated.

At first I couldn’t believe so many 5 star reviews—and now I know why. Because you can’t give a 6. We were between business trips and have a child who lives Chicago so we thought we’d make a weekend of it rather than flying home. Lovely, homey, classy, unique, comfortable, warm and very cool all in one place. You need only to roll out of the door to find great food, great people and great fun. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen. Clean, well maintained. plenty of room to move around. Nice living room with 2 couches. beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. worked perfectly for our stay.

Nestor’s place is about a mile from the lake. His place is very cute and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Matthew was so accommodating when I needed a late check out.He gave me no issue and was very sweet with the flexibility. Even though the parking is better in the back the front entrance is definitely the best way to enter. The back entrance gives a different vibe. Also note this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Stayed at this air b&b for 2 weeks. It was very comfortable and Greg and his team were a very responsive host. Initially the stairs were a challenge for us seniors but after a few days, we became accustomed to them. On-site parking was a bonus!! The bed is so comfortable and the linen is very soft. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

I stayed in Janelle’s cute basement unit for four nights when in town to visit a family member. I found the apartment to be spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed and had enough space to spread out a bit. The bed was comfy and there were extra towels in the bathroom, along with a nice kitchen area with many extras. There was plenty of closet space and I didn’t have trouble finding a place to plug in my mobile devices, which I often encounter with rentals. The only minus for me was the shower was a bit small, but since it was so clean and had decent water pressure, I really can’t complain. :) The apartment is in a nice, family neighborhood which seemed safe and quiet. The availability of on-street parking varied based on the time of day, but I was always able to find something within a block or two. Janelle was very responsive and communication was great. I hope to stay here again next time I am in town. Thanks, Janelle!

Love your place. The owners are available and very helpful. The neighborhood is very nice—great location, etc. Our only request would be a handrail to go up the steps into the house. As seniors, we really need handrails. However, we love staying in your beautiful unit and will definitely stay there again when we come back to Chicago. Thanks again for a great stay.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had! The place was perfect for our needs. Some standout aspects were the location and peaceful privacy, the comfy bed and lots of pillow options, and the luxurious shower with multiple shower heads. SO nice. Wendy was incredibly kind and communicative. We felt taken care of! Definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed apt. Emily and Roya are helpful and communicative, and all the instructions and photos made things very easy. Would happily stay there again!

This place was amazing. David was a really great host. Parking was super easy although it would probably be more difficult on Cubs game days. The place was clean and you could tell he spent a lot of time and thought into decorating it. Would definitely stay again. Very safe area too

Mark’s place is clean, cozy and has all the amenities. It is close to many bus lines, a CTA station and a wholefoods. I was able to make simple meals while walking to other cool neighborhoods and commuting to downtown and to Evanston from there. There is some room for improvement for better soundproofing in the ceiling, but that didn’t bother me that much. Mark is also prompt in responding to messages and addressing concerns. 5 stars!

This was my first time booking with Airbnb and all I can say is that it could not have been a better experience! Aaron was so nice and beyond helpful. The apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I. It is in a good location, we were able to get to anything we needed or wanted with just a short walk. Not only that but the building itself was so cool, the lobby is beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. We ventured to the rooftop many times because of how nice and peaceful it was. We attended a concert at the Aragon Ballroom and it’s the first time we’ve not stressed about how to make the trip there and back. It was maybe a 3-5 minute walk at most! Overall it was beyond what I was expecting. If available, anytime we will be in the area this will be our first choice!!

I had a wonderful, peaceful stay and Stanley was on his A game for communication the entire time. He also very kindly ran out to get a shower mat for us the first evening of our stay after my older relatives expressed concern over the possibility of slipping. The neighborhood is friendly, walkable, and right next to transportation that can take you directly into Chicago or further north for landmarks like the Baha'i Temple. I look forward to returning to Chicago in the future and when I do I would love to stay here again.

It was a great place to stay definitely felt like home! I went for the weekend and the restaurants around there were great. They communicated very well when I had questions and responded with good time. Thank you and I’ll see you next year! :)

We came for our daughter’s graduation and stayed a few extra days to tour the city. This place was perfectly located for both occasions. It was much more spacious than we expected, and everything was very clean. We especially appreciated the fresh towels and beddings. Our only wish is that the beds were a bit larger, especially the double bed, which would be more comfortable for a couple if it were at least a queen size. That said, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay - definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences!

I booked this Air BNB for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and my surprise proposal! Ashlee was very responsive, super helpful, just an overall great host! She went out of her way to decorate the master bedroom for me with rose petals, tea lights, champagne and all! There were snacks in the kitchen, the place was clean and tidy, our group really felt at home! The vibes were everything, and so were the VIEWS from the rooftop!!!! Thank you Ashlee!!

We stayed with my family for 3 days n loved the place it's ambience, cleanliness, very well equipped with all the necessities.....this place definitely feels like home and the hosts are very kind and quick with there response. Wherever in future I am coming to chicago shall book this place.

David and his co-host were excellent. Our family enjoyed our stay. We used to live in the Bronzeville area and love the new additions to the neighborhood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Loved our stay at The Foundry! The unit was beautiful and comfortable and the views were incredible. We had everything we needed and communication from Cloud9 was clear. There are great places nearby to walk for coffee and food — including an amazing Whole Foods.

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.

Incredible place! Location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and great food. Host recommendations were immaculate and responsive+kind. Plenty of extra blankets pillows and towels, the jacuzzi was really nice, and the bathrooms were spotless. Very easy check in and check out process. Had almost no problems with any amenities. The smart thermostat did keep setting itself to 75 degrees or more during the night even after we set it low before sleep. Quite uncomfortable to sleep through. And the listing stated 5 beds with 2 air mattresses but there was only 1 air mattress, making a total of 4 beds. Not a huge problem but good to know for anyone who needs all 5, we didn’t. Water pressure in one shower was not great and the other drained slowly. Also some areas were a little dusty but again it was fine. Overall, this was a really really great experience and apartment. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip!
