Parking space in a shared garage, and elevator from the garage to the apartment. Shared pool. It is about 200 meters to the beach at Mar Menor with a cozy promenade of 7 km, and several child-friendly beaches. The apartment is centrally located in Los Alcázares with walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. There are several golf courses nearby.

Beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse in a wonderful place, surrounded by all amenities. Only 5 min. drive to the beach and in short walking distances are big supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
