Holiday rentals with a patio in Rocky Point

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

We just spent one night at Ramon’s place. We came out for a weekend for a concert. Wowww what a great find!!! The place was super modern, clean and beautiful. The bed was a Murphy bed, how clever, and very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful! We used the fridge and the freezer to keep our drinks cool but we didn’t prepare any food. And the bathroom, especially the huge shower, were wonderful. Thank you Ramon for your hospitality. We would definitely be back.

Loved Greisy’s place. Exactly as described and perfect for what I needed. Very comfortable, great amenities and spotless clean. Would definitely stay again.

Olivia is a great host and provided perfect instructions. She was concerned that we had a good stay, and her place is very neat and comfortable. I slept so well. Great location. Just minutes from anything you want to do. Olivia is a very responsive host and proactive in ensuring we had no problems. Great patio to have coffee in the morning! 5 stars! Young Joo’s apartment in downtown Ybor was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing—just steps from all the nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax. The place was super clean, just like the photos, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite stays in the area. It's peaceful, clean, and dhad everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. They have added certain amenities that make your stay here so great as they continue to be amazing hosts. As long as I can book this location when available I will continue to do so.

Michael’s place was quite comfortable with all the high tech touches. We had plenty of room For the four of us to stretch out, relax, and be quite comfortable. Condo was walking distance to coffee shops and food venues. Easy on and off highway. Looking forward to going back! 😊 thanks

Had a great stay at the home. Place was as described, clean, organized and with nice amenities. Communication with our host was great, she responded right away when contacted. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe home close to the city attractions.

So beautiful and cozy. Lots of live plants that just gave it such a homey feel. Very well stocked kitchen and the most comfortable beds! So close to so many different things to do. Also, if you need to take a pet, they have the cutest pet area. If you are ever in the area, be sure to check out their place.

It was easy to find and check in. Ray was helpful when had a bug issue and addressed it immediately.

I had seen Priyank listing a few times, his color scheme and style caught my attention. This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and you can really see where Priyank did not miss any opportunities to pay attention to detail. From q-tips and extra towels in the bathroom to TVs in both bedrooms tastefully installed with extra linens available! The kitchen has everything you could need, including 5 different coffee making options. I tried 3 of them! I made dinner for myself and used the air fryer as suggested from Priyank to cook steaks. They came out awesome! Communication was easy and amazing hospitality provided throughout! Totally recommended for everyone to stay visiting Tampa and I know for sure I will be back. They really did a great job here!!

This Airbnb truly exceeded all of our expectations. I’ve never stayed at a place that was so thoughtfully decorated and well stocked. It honestly felt like all we needed to bring were our clothes. Everything was incredibly clean, cozy, and clearly cared for with love and attention. The beach gear was such a bonus and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect beach day. Great place. property is still recovering from past hurricane. they were installing the fence around pool when we were there. So loud you could not relax at pool.

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a wedding. The location is prime (right next to Publix, and multiple bars/restaurants near by). Access to the beach was very easy and the beaches themselves were great. The unit was very clean and Helena was very helpful with check in and check out. I would recommend and stay here again.

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!

My new husband and I stayed at Rachel’s condo for our honeymoon and it was perfect! This was our first time in Treasure Island and I would love to come back and stay here again. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and beautiful! We saw a manatee in the intercoastal waters one morning, and the patio was a peaceful place to relax. The beach is just a 5 minute straight walk from the condo which was great. We visited the Florida and Clearwater Aquariums, and spent 2 days at Honeymoon Island State Park looking for shells and enjoying the peaceful beach. All of these were about 45-55 minutes from the condo. It stormed a couple of days so we appreciated how cozy the condo was and the large TVs, and Rachel provided everything we would need. We can’t wait to come back!
