Definitely a nice cozy place, very clean, and Katherin was very helpful when I had questions. Easy and fun stay for a little vacation. Would definitely book again.

All was good. I was very happy with everything for the most part. The unit was very clean, the neighborhood was peaceful, we were able to walk to and from the stadium with no problem. Did have 1 issue with the breaker to our unit tripping the last night we were there. I texted Miaro through the app and did not get an answer. I finally called and got ahold of him at dinner. He did get ahold of his maintenance person and they were there in approx 25 minutes or so. Very friendly and went over to one of the other units and flipped the breaker back on and we were in business. This all took about an hour or so. No biggie, wasn’t going to die without lights or AC for that amount of time. A simple problem though that I thought could been handled a little faster. But, again not a deal killer! I would definitely recommend staying here and I would also stay here again.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet peaceful and quiet. I genuinely felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything about the property was as described, and then some. The amenities were outstanding. Only smoke detector started chirping one morning. Texted property owner, came over and addressed the issue within 20 minutes. Thank you!

We had a great time! So close to airport and other restaurant areas. The host did great explaining exactly how to get into building and garage with clear instructions and images. The room was awesome and very clean. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Josiels place is exactly what we needed. The pictures were exactly as described. The home was very clean and Josiel was very responsive. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Take notice that the home is on the small side but good for two people. I would definitely go back when in the Tampa area.

Great location, responsive owner, super clean and lots of space (bigger than it looks in the pics) We stayed here right before going on a cruise and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The building itself is a little fussy, but thats not the owners fault, as this is primarily an apartment residence. Just pay attention to the detailed parking instructions they give you and points and times of access. Other than that, there’s a Starbucks and dominos right downstairs and of course, close proximity to riverwalk.

Great host with clear directions and clean apartment. Very clean, safe, walkable neighborhood and a nice luxury building. The 2 bedrooms are not clearly pictured so note that one is a converted storage space of some kind - very small, no windows, curtain instead of door - so I would not necessarily recommend this apt for 2 sets of adults. It would be best for one adult or couple to use the master bedroom and the second room would be better for kids or a single adult.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
