This was my first experience staying at an Airbnb and was I blown away. This place was absolutely beautiful. It was supplied with any and everything we could think of it. Jeremy had clear instructions about the place, he was very responsive and made sure everything was ready for check in days prior. I am almost scared to stay at another Airbnb because they have BIG shoes to fill after this experience.

Beautiful location, a very clean complex the apartment itself was in great shape and provided of all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and a great communicator. The pool area and Tiki bar were a big hit. Great food and drinks. We loved that they served breakfast, which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place as well as the host. This exceeded my expectations in the best way. Very well ran Airbnb. Host was incredibly friendly and communicative. I would absolutely stay here again the location is prime. Can’t say enough positive things about this stay.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Nick’s place! The house was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and he even provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which made our beach days so easy and fun. The location was great, just a short drive to the beach. Nick was super helpful with parking tips and local restaurant recommendations. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

So pleased with the condo. Had everything we needed (and more). Bed super comfy along with linens! Host and husband were very pleasant…even came to give us more coffee and a couple more towels (without us asking!). Host responds quickly to questions and has a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely consider staying at one of their units again. The unit is so nicely located; the beaches are just minutes away by car (and also reachable by bike if you’re into riding).

This was our fourth trip to the Avalon and our first (but won’t be our last) stay with Carmen! Carmen provided us with a comprehensive guide to the area along with nearly-immediate responses to the few questions that we did have. Her communication was top-notch in every way from start to finish and we could not have asked for more in a host! Regarding the condo itself, this little slice of heaven really is 15 steps from the Avalon’s gorgeous pool. It’s also only about a 10-15 minute drive to North Clearwater beach, which is our favorite place on earth. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, making it super-cozy for a vacationing couple (or even a single) with possibly the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept in, & my partner agreed. We were truly in dire need of a nice relaxing vacation, and thanks to Carmen having thought of literally everything, that’s exactly what we had! 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

I was almost hesitant to leave such an amazing review to keep this gem a secret! It is absolutely perfect, a Madeira treasure. The location is incredible, the host is super friendly and responsive, and there were several thoughtful touches. We will absolutely be back to the Beach Chill, we are forever fans!

The condo worked out perfectly for 2 couples. Nice view: very clean. AC worked great. Easy / very short-walk to shops and restaurants!

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Hosts made sure every need was met. We had manatee’s right off of the deck. Very clean and left us use their laundry facilities. Had ice cold air and is minutes from the pier. We have stayed at many places but the Lilly pad rental was by far the best. On a scale of 1-10 I give these hosts a 12. Thanks and see you again soon 😊

This is a beautiful, quiet and clean condo right on the beach. Great views and location to restaurants. The space had everything we needed stocked up.

It was a little family get away. A much needed one from our busy life in Orlando. We came for the strong dad’s event and were very happy with the location. I love how they sent a list of places to eat and things to do. They were very nice and the condo was comfortable, very clean and had everything we were looking for. We will definitely be visiting again and hopefully get to stay at the same place. Thank you again for the great hospitality

The place is comfortable easy to get around and close to the airport. The pool and rec facilities are great.

Larissa's place is very nice, very clean and in a great location. The Publix is closed for remodeling but Aldi's and Walmart are right down the road about a mile and a half so still super convenient. The pool was great and wasn't over crowded. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to clearwater.

This place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the beach was literally right there. Sean was fabulous to work with and very helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For our first trip together, it was the perfect spot. The location was very safe allowing us to walk anywhere without worries & gave us plenty of things to do. Mindy was an excellent host - very responsive & always positive. We couldn’t believe how short of a walk it was to the beach & John’s Pass (perfect for not having a car)! Beach days were a breeze thanks to the items Mindy provided. We would stay 6+ hours on the beach because we had everything we needed! When we explored beyond John’s Pass, we enjoyed mini golf (with alligator feeding down the road) and the St. Pete Pier - both HIGHLY recommend! A few tips we have: if you have your own cooler, you may want to bring it! The one provided was styrofoam. Mindy has some fun games, but we recommend bringing some of your own too if that’s your thing! The photos are accurate, including how close the neighboring balcony is. So, be prepared to go out there & be pals with the neighbors!
