Perfect, quiet location on the water. Close to beach and night life. Room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Will book here again

Loved staying here! Very clean with a cute setup. We loved walking to the beach multiple times a day and that there were towels, a cooler, and chairs available. We will definitely put this on our list for beach getaways!

As I.had to make.a very last minutenl reservation, I was so grateful that Juan responded so quickly and I was able to rent his very peaceful, clean, quiet, cozy pad in a very nice neighborhood. The little, closed-in patio outside the studio was so nice to sit at last night and unwind and equally as peaceful to sit at and gently wake up at this morning before I got ready and left. A great place!!!

the place was very nice & tidy. It was steps to the beach, which was pretty and quiet. Appreciate the use of chairs and umbrella. Lara was very kind to provide places to eat. we tried a few and they were good. we really liked Shrimpy's. most places are walkable like she said. Lara was so good at communicating, even making sure we knew a hurricane was on the way. I hope her place stays ok. thanks again

This home was so beautiful! Exactly like the pictures and description. Great location- very close to Treasure Island and Johns Pass, and 5 minutes to the beach. The home was clean, well stocked, and such a glamorous and fun vibe! The pool was amazing. I was overly impressed with the hosts. They checked on us to make sure everything was perfect, they replied immediately to questions. At one point I could not find a blender, and they brought over a brand new one 15 minutes later! We had also mentioned we'd be cooking out so they even brought an extra propane tank with the blender, without us even asking. The first tank never ran out, but it was such a nice proactive consideration. I highly recommended this property and these hosts, I hope to get the chance to stay here again!

This villa was perfect for our short stay! It was artfully decorated and spacious with such cute accents and outdoor space. It was very well stocked. We loved the area and tried many of the recommendations that Kyle graciously offered and were not disappointed. Kyle was very responsive to any questions with a prompt response. We will definitely hope to stay here again.

Sandra’s place was perfect for us. Not only was the house beautiful and extremely clean, it had everything we could possibly want. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Everyone who stayed said they had the best sleep they have had in a long time. I was blown away by the attention to detail in this house. My husband and I travel a lot and this is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in and Sandra was the best host. She was proactive before we got there and super responsive during our stay. I wish I could give more than five stars! Will definitely be staying again when we return to the area. Thank you for everything, Sandra!

I would definitely recommend Roxanne’s place for anyone visiting the Tampa area. It was clean, cozy, and right in the middle of beach and city life so you for sure get the best of both worlds.

Jaybee was a great host. House was easy to find, clean, and had an amazing outdoor space. We were fortunate enough to see several manatees just outside the back yard in the canal. Jaybee was very responsive and even had a few products delivered that she discovered needed replenished, including a smores kit for our family. We enjoyed our stay!

I visited Tamela’s home for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip and from the moment we walked through the front doors everyone was in awh of the beauty of the home. It had everything we needed to exceed expectations and make the trip memorable. Brendan and Becky Sharkey were great hosts. They gave us a comprehensive house and neighborhood guide. They were very easy to communicate with and also very responsive. The home was great. It was well decorated and organized. The walk in closet was perfect to store your luggage. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We had access to a pool and beach access was just a short drive away. All the necessities for the beach were provided which was wonderful. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and recommend this Airbnb for your next trip to Clearwater.

Great place. property is still recovering from past hurricane. they were installing the fence around pool when we were there. So loud you could not relax at pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s Airbnb! Eric was extremely helpful and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Treasure Island Beach, which made it super convenient for our family. We also loved how close it was to shopping and some unique local restaurants. The place was affordable, clean, and exactly what we needed. We definitely plan to return and will be booking this exact Airbnb again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was a quick walk to the beach and had plenty of things to do nearby. The condo was quiet and everyone nearby was very friendly. Everything you could possibly need was in the condo and everything was also in very good condition. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!!

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.

This stay was exactly what we needed. Joanne even came by in person to change the battery on the keypad to enter door. (Might have been due to the recent hurricanes). Her Customer service = 5star. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, but the poolside restaurant/ bar was servicing up such great food that we ate there at least once a day. Easy walking distance to a few other restaurants and rooftop decks. Bathroom renovation is stylish & fantastic. Great place. Would stay here again. Very responsive and caring host.

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!
