Holiday rentals with a patio in Rivisondoli

A fantastic gem in a charming Italian town! Our host was so helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for walking around the town. Max’s Pub was around the corner and very helpful too! What an amazing town. Apartment was spacious for three of us. Super clean and comfortable.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

We looked for a place to stay that could accommodate 2 families and 1 little dog and this place is perfect because although it offers shared spaces, it has in fact 2 separate areas on 2 independent levels.

The host is fantastic and there were some lovely complimentary touches. This place is amazingly located, is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Thank you Cornelie, we will be staying again.

Monica's place is very comfortable. Quiet area with parking under the house, clean and tidy. We found all the comforts we needed for our stay. We experienced a problem with the house during our stay and Mrs. Monica immediately activated to resolve it, she was also very flexible with checkout. There were 5 of us and the house was still comfortable for groups. If I have to find the hair in the egg, we would have liked to find wood to use for the fireplace, but we had to provide it independently (emphasizing that Mrs. Monica had still warned us of the absence, always correct). Highly recommended to spend a weekend or more days to ski or even just to visit the area.

I was with my husband and our two kids after New Year's and we had a great time. Great house for a family. In the town center (you can get around on foot) and well divided. Assunta is wonderful and very helpful in everything, even in giving advice on where to eat and where to go. The house was super clean (the linen had a great clean and fresh scent) and absolutely nothing was missing, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. It is in fact super equipped with everything and with a delicious breakfast to welcome us. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back several times.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Incredible villa. Exceptionally spacious, manicured and welcoming. Very easy to find and hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Sincerely, I would recommend this place and look forward to return when we next visit family in Ortona.

Casa Radiosa was a beautiful discovery, for us who were 6 of us it was a very pleasant stay. As a host we found two people of very rare availability! Highly recommended if you are passing through Sora and surroundings 🥰

Antonello's apartment is large and spacious and from the windows you can enjoy a nice view of Gran Sasso and Maiella. Antonello and Lucia were kind and helpful. A special thank you to his son Pierpaolo who delighted us with the products from his garden.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.

Excellent stay, we only stayed one night but we were able to enjoy all the services offered, the place is exactly as described and the host was helpful and courteous. A brand new environment equipped with all comforts, the structure is made with attention to detail and functional. Everything is perfect, highly recommended, even the quality/price ratio is high in my opinion.
