It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is centrally located but sheltered, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi next door. The supermarket is just a stone's throw away, and for us, who were visiting relatives, getting around was a breeze. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was precious to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

Every now and then you are lucky enough to meet nice people, this is what happened to us with Alessandro, a kind, honest and prepared homeowner! On behalf of my entire family, I thank him so much and wish him a happy life!

We stayed with two people for one week in this apartment. The apartment is practical and simply furnished but very clean. From this apartment many day trips made in this beautiful nature reserve. There are also delicious restaurants, bakery, butcher and mini supermarket within walking distance. Good wifi available and the host was very friendly and helpful. For 4 people I find the apartment on the small side but for two people it is fine. Definitely recommended to visit all the surrounding villages.

A wonderful space in a wonderful place! Ideal location between the park and the historic aquaduct and piazza. Squeaky clean, welcoming, interesting, quiet, and well appointed.... we enjoyed our time dodging the heat of the day in Nuvoleinviaggio before another stroll to the piazza. Raffaelle ensured we were taken care of from reservation to checkout with excellent and very timely communication on topics from parking to local fare.

We have been at Eugenio's place three times over the past 2 years. It has always been a great experience! Eugenio is the perfect host: friendly, proactive and responsive. The flat is very comfortable and functional, it is well located within waking distance from groceries, (the best) bakery in the area, coffee shops and the historical centre of the small town. It is easy to reach by car from the highway and you can park for free just along the street. It is well equipped, with air con system for the hot months and a good heating system for the winter. Beautiful view from the large windows (perfectly tight and isolated). I can only warmly recommend a staying at Eugenio's place!

Loved this cozy apartment! Right across from the Conad and right by the bridge for a short walk to the piazza . I loved that our host checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again! Ciao Sulmona

I was with my husband and our two kids after New Year's and we had a great time. Great house for a family. In the town center (you can get around on foot) and well divided. Assunta is wonderful and very helpful in everything, even in giving advice on where to eat and where to go. The house was super clean (the linen had a great clean and fresh scent) and absolutely nothing was missing, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. It is in fact super equipped with everything and with a delicious breakfast to welcome us. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back several times.

I spent two days in Pamela's apartment with friends. We had a great time, big house, clean and equipped with all the comforts. I highly recommend choosing this option to spend a few days in peace in Pescocostanzo! I will definitely be back 🙃

We spent our final week in Italy with Jacquie, at Majella Garden, and what a lovely place to end our long days of exploring! Jacquie was a gracious host and always made herself available. She went above and beyond to help us when we needed a few things from the local market on our first day. She knows the area extremely well and made some wonderful recommendations, including restaurants and a local leather shop. The apartment was extremely clean, fully equipped, and comfortable, with a great view of the garden. If you're interested in experiencing authentic Italian country living, go see Jacquie!

A fantastic gem in a charming Italian town! Our host was so helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for walking around the town. Max’s Pub was around the corner and very helpful too! What an amazing town. Apartment was spacious for three of us. Super clean and comfortable.

We have often stayed in this apartment, it is in a beautiful location, there is Wi-Fi and a garden. We think it's great!

Small apartment at the beginning of the village of Lama dei Peligni, including a kitchen/living room without a sofa but with a small bed, dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and balcony with two chairs and a side table. Below the apartment there is a bakery with a small shop, convenient in the morning to prepare sandwiches for the various excursions available without having to take the car. Convenient parking (not assigned) on the property. Cute country quite lively (in August). Overall everything is ok for a great starting point for various excursions in the area.

Beautiful area, not far from Barrea and Roccaraso, which were the destinations of our trip. The house is in a panoramic position and you can see that it is a well-kept and clean environment.

Perfect experience. Apartment located in a residence outside the village, so very quiet area. Inside it was perfectly arranged for a family with two children like ours, having 2 rooms and a small living room. It was equipped with everything you need for your stay. Good cleanliness. Ylenia is always available... I recommend it... if there was also snow it would have been perfect..

Cristina proved to be a super host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. Although I did not have direct interaction with her, except by telephone, she was very kind, friendly and willing to meet my needs. The house is a nice mountain apartment, like a Baita, which welcomes you perfectly in the beautiful context of Rivisondoli and makes you feel at home. There is everything essential despite the small size, but not having to live in the house, for me and my family (there were 3 of us) it turned out to be perfect. Absolutely recommended for location, connections and availability of the host and the person who supports them in managing the apartment. Absolutely recommended (100 meters away, there is a Bar, Risto Braceria, Chalet delle Rose) which makes the experience even more complete and comfortable.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of Gran Sasso Park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, equipped with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving great tips about the area and even helping us manage the house (on several occasions, even in the early morning, he helped me light the fire of the fireplace). Stefano even brought us great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely be back at this place!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Highly recommended experience and host!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures — tons of character that fit Guardiagrele perfectly. The bathrooms are beautiful and well renovated, the kitchen is functional but the appliances could be updated (we made it work just fine), the bedrooms are huge with lots of storage. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We had two toddlers with us and I was worried it may be noisy in the piazza but it wasn’t an issue at all. The church bells are right outside the window but it added to the experience. Ginerva was wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Small corner of relaxation. Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. The details make a difference. like the LEDs, Netflix, the bathtub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
