Holiday rentals with a sauna in Riviera di Ponente

Stephane was waiting on my daughter and me when we arrived to let us in, show us around, and answer any questions. He was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the place, great location, and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you Annie and Stephane!!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Wow ! We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro or some days we even walked. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the supermarket so you can easily grab some things for the refrigerator. When we arrived Brian was there to let us in and we even got to check in early! He was also very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Honestly it looks even better in person . The balcony is huge and so perfect for lounging and family meals . Also the bedrooms were great sizes for 3 people . One room has a queen and the other has a king. The air conditioning was also lovely at night . Also , definitely try the hammam steam shower…soo nice at the end of the day walking so much! There is great wi-fi and a washing machine if you need it as well. Overall , I would definitely stay here again in Nice!

A fabulous and modern apartment with a terrace and stunning views of the beautiful Auron resort. We enjoyed the end of the day in the sun facing the slopes. Our host was accommodating and very responsive. The apartment is large and new. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful environment and special touches from the owners. 😜 Lots of small outdoor spaces to sit and read, have a drink. Or simply contemplate nature. The view is splendid! A river below is also to be discovered. The owners' pets: cat and dog are also affectionate. We really enjoyed this place, too bad the weather wasn't great for us. Bad timing!

We stayed in Rosa's apartment in Mentone and had a great time! The location is very central, a few minutes walk from the supermarkets, the Menton market and all the amenities. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is right below the house! The apartment perfectly matches the description: spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts, such as Nespresso machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, umbrella and beach chairs. There were three of us and it was perfect. The garage (for a fee) located right below the apartment is also very convenient, a real rarity in Menton where finding parking is not easy! Plus there's also a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. Rosa was very kind, always helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Menton!

Lovely stay The apartment is as advertised and was perfect for the time we spent in Menton. Around the corner from the beach and supermarkets and opposite is chemist and bakers for wonderful daily fresh baked goods. The beach is stoney so don't forget beach shoes to walk into the sea. It was great just walking over the road with the two fold up beach chairs from the flat. Great sitting on balcony people watching with a glass of wine 😊

Karine was super nice, very easy going and wonderful to reach. She made an early check-in possible and we were able to "park" our luggage on departure, which gave us a great last day in Menton due to our departure time. Apartment 30m from the beach, very close to the center, everything within walking distance (several restaurants, bars on the beach, supermarkets, ...). Definitely a recommendation.

Daniela is a great hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We were surprised several times with our own baksels. From homemade cakes to croissants, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed our own honey from the beehives. Of course, there are also a lot of bees in the area. You'll notice that when you're by the pool. The apartment was completely complete. Beautiful bathroom, great kitchen with all the essentials, air conditioning and also screens for the windows. The pool and the sunbeds were great. The surroundings with all Daniela's recommendations were very nice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

eric's apartment is very well located, in the heart of the village of Abries, including a grocery store and bakery in front of the residence. Well equipped, comfortable for 2 people (a little small for 4), and great bonus with the aquatic area of the residence which was still open outside school holidays! Eric is responsive in case of questions, in short a great stay! Please note: linens are not provided, but consistent with the right value for money.

Stay from 2 weeks to 3 (me + 2 teenagers), without a vehicle, my priorities were accessibility and safety. A large supermarket a stone's throw away, Rue d 'Antibes is a 6-8 minute walk away, it was perfect. Very cute apartment and true to the description, very nice air conditioning, very nice and secure pool and residence. We had a great time in this apartment and this very pretty city.

Very pleasant 4-day stay because the accommodation perfectly matched the description and the host's explanations were perfectly clear. If we had not had family constraints, we would have liked to stay three or four days longer, as we were so happy and enthusiastic. Address to keep if we return to Menton.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

It is the perfect place for a couple who want to spend a few days in Menton and hop in Monaco by train (in 20 minutes). The apartment is located walking distance of everything there is to see and all services, in a beautiful building very safe, quiet and quiet. Everything is impeccable and very well organized. Lauriane gave us wise advice and we were able to make the most of our stay in Menton where we felt at home. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Wonderful holiday location for a young family (such as ours – with two toddlers). Comfortable, well-equiped, lovely garden, great pool. The town of Pamparato is charming and the mountains are magnificent. Highly recommend!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

We had a lovely experience at this accomodation! The house very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Unfortunately there was no wifi but that did not bother us that much. The pool was clean and the bedding was nice. There is lots to do in the area, in terms of visiting towns/villages, but also the mountains and waterfalls, I definitely recommwnd staying here

It should definitely be taken into account in the case of Apricola that by car the chain of accommodation cannot be too close, and walking on the hilly old city streets can be a little tricky. Also, the property has to be considered with steep stairs inside, but the accommodation is great - clean and modern. Also, that every room is air conditioned and the evenings help to furnish Netflix. The only concern we had was with removing the trash - we couldn't find the containers for public use immediately.

For people who love something else: The last 6 km through the mountains is a spicy drive but you will be rewarded with a cozy and charming house built against the mountain flank and a beautiful view. Recommended!

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to the messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

We came back a second time! Ebe's house offers all the comforts + a spa, ample parking, private garden where you can relax in the sun, close to all amenities, in one of the quietest villages in the valley. If all this was not enough, it is set in the valley just a few kilometers from any type of activity, from the walk to the excursion for experts. We'll be back a third time!
