We felt right at home. Very comfortable beds. Great price for the location. Near everything you might need. Kandi had great communication. We always worry about overwhelming scents to the towels or sheets but they use free and clear detergent so it was not a problem at all. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Overall a very comfortable and homey stay!

This was our second stay at Peggy’s property and the location is ideal for our needs. We appreciate the well equipped kitchen and bathroom, keyless entry, coffee and coffee supplies and the comfortable furniture and beds. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and has easy access to downtown and major highways. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked the wrong house! Scott has the patience of a saint! He quickly returned my e-mail and call! He brought us blankets and sheets so we were all able to stay at the house. The house was clean and well maintained. Great customer service!

This space made it possible and super comfortable to enjoy doing in town for my niece graduation. The building is historic and had ample space to accommodate my family and I. Spacious, thoughtfully curated and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Close to everything. Very pleased! Highly recommend!

We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great visit. Wendy and Chris are right on site and very helpful with suggestions or if issues arise. Beds very comfortable. Love the addition of the TV in the master. Kitchen has everything you need. Looking forward to our next trip!

We were in town to visit the US Air Force Museum so we stayed here so to how close this house was the museum. It was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable and Maria was very responsive and every turn. She responded quickly when I requested a late check out and made it happen even on a Sunday. Great spot and would highly recommended especially if you’re in town to see the Air Force Museum!

This was a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The house was clean and accommodated us well. Shelia was a very responsive and excellent host.

Wonderful camper with great amenities. The air conditioner kept up and kept us cool during a week of extreme heat. Bunk beds are spacious and Master bed very comfortable. He showed us how to use the camper before he left and made sure we were all set before leaving. We plan on using it again hopefully sooner than later!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Mary's place is adorable! Everything is so cute, quaint, clean and thoughtful. Such a relaxing little home away from home, and the property is gorgeous! Great place to unwind.

This place was a wonderful find. It was plenty large for our needs and located perfectly. There were no issues with anything at this property. It is immaculate - like new. We didn’t use the deck and backyard because we were too busy but it is a nice place. We had some communications with the host and received responses very quickly (no problems just communications). Additionally, it was extremely close to Shaker Run Golf Course which has excellent food. We would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb stay was exactly what I needed—a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. The camper was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true escape from the hustle of daily life. The firepit made for perfect evenings under the stars. The hosts were thoughtful, ensuring everything was stocked and ready for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place! can't wait for the pool to open at the end of May!

Inviting and Relaxing Our stay at Teresa's home in Enon was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, great location, room for our car and trailer on the driveway and the wonderful fenced in backyard for our poochie. The Amenities that were listed on the site were easily found and her home had all the comforts of home! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Cedarville and there was a lot of running to do and this house was very centrally located so it made accomplishing all of our errands and graduation an easy task. If any question arose, Teresa was very quick to respond and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As my son now lives in the area, we will hopefully be returning soon! Thank you!

My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a month at Samantha's place. It was very clean and in a very safe location. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood each evening and encountered many friendly neighbors. The only thing I would change about the stay was that I wish there was an extra set of linens provided. As a place that caters to long term stays, it would be nice to have an extra set of towels that can be used while the others are being washed. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Samantha's place!

This was a great spot we stay here the night before my wedding and it was perfect clean cozy and comfortable me and my bridesmaids loved it!

The house was cute and well-kept. It was a perfect size and layout for our family with two little kids. We are glad we chose this place for our stay in Dayton.

her place is very clean and it was nice and very housewarming and close to the stores and a lot of restaurants and she was very nice host and she got back to you very quick and I will love to stay again.

Quiet, convenient location. Super clean & well appointed. We were at a nearby soccer tournament and this was a major upgrade from a hotel stay — at the same price! 10/10 would stay again.

Stayed at Jon and Chera's adorable place for our University of Dayton Reunion Weekend and couldn't have been happier! It was the perfect alternative to the Marriott — we each had our own room, plenty of space, and a full kitchen. Thoughtful extras like K-cups, towels, and more were very appreciated. While we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor area, the cute patio out back would be great in nicer weather. Parking was a breeze; we were able to leave our cars parked the whole weekend. Overall, a super comfortable and convenient stay. We’ll definitely book again the next time we’re at UD!

Te’Jal was an absolutely wonderful host and we really enjoyed staying in her property. It was clean, private, quiet, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it and would stay there the next time I’m in Dayton!
