Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverside

It took some logistics to support 5 men on a trip, but this one did. Nice quiet place in south Dayton. All went better than expected.

The house was cute and well-kept. It was a perfect size and layout for our family with two little kids. We are glad we chose this place for our stay in Dayton.

We had a great stay and would love to stay here again! The location was ideal for us. There’s was the peace and quite of not being in town, but an only few minutes to restaurants, groceries, the highway, and even the airport. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the pool table and ping pong tables were great when the weather didn’t cooperate.

We were here for a wedding. This place was very close to downtown and to all the locations we needed to visit during our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. They have really made it into a beautiful cozy home. We loved it!! Tracy was super thorough and very fast at responding to any questions . 10 out of 10.

Very nice home. Very easy access off of I-35 which made it easy to explore Fairburn and Dayton throughout our stay. The backyard was very peaceful and relaxing. The gift basket with the local treats was an wonderful touch. Very easy checkout instructions. We will forever have the memory of roosting marshmallows over the fire pit. We would stay again when in the area.

This house was so pretty!!! They had everything you could imagine. All the amenities and then some. It was in a good location for all of the places we needed to go during service dog training. And a great backyard to easily let the dog out to go to the bathroom. You can tell the owners put a lot of pride into making your stay as best as possible. If i ever need to go to Dayton again I will definitely book this house. And for any families needing an airbnb because they are getting a dog from 4paws for ability so highly recommend this one!! 🥰

We were completely happy with Lacey's property. it looked just like the pictures, was extremely clean, and made us feel like we were at home. we had some issues with the main TV and Lacey offered to send over someone to help us with the issue. Great stay and would book again!

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

Urban Oasis in Troy was perfect for our girls' weekend. It was convenient to the main square and the Strawberry Festival. The house is comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed for a fun weekend.

Jerry and Robin were great hosts! The place was charming, clean, and well lit. It was well stocked with the amenities and even had an assortment of snacks available. We had access to the laundry room, which was exceedingly helpful for our trip. Additionally, the backyard smelled like rain and petrichor in the best way. An idyllic getaway in the Dayton area.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

We stayed here for one night while in town for a kids dance competition, and it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the convention center and nestled on a beautiful historic street lined with charming old homes. The space itself was clean, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment had everything we needed, it's in a walkable residential neighborhood, and it has a nice playground only a block away. It's also a short walk away from the University of Dayton. Emily was extremely helpful throughout our stay and provided great recommendations. We'll definitely stay here next time that we're in town!
