Great spot. Easy to get to places. Comfortable. Great backyard + pool. We had a good time, zero complaints here. We are a family of 3 and found everything convenient.

The beach house was perfect, just as described. It was clean and very homely, in a lovely location. Natasha was a great host from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends/family looking for a place to stay in Patchogue. Many thanks Natasha

This stay was truly beyond incredible—it far exceeded all of my expectations! The house was not only stunning and beautifully decorated, but it also had such a warm and inviting feel the moment I walked in. It was spotless, impeccably clean, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. The highlight for me was the serene back deck overlooking the canal—such a peaceful, calming space that made it easy to relax and unwind. I found myself spending hours out there, just soaking in the tranquility. Yoon was an absolute dream to communicate with—always prompt, kind, and so accommodating. Every part of this experience was seamless and full of thoughtful touches. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the home, the location, and the entire experience. It was perfect in every way! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Ellen’s place. The house was beautiful and well appointed with anything you could need - it made us feel right at home. The backyard was gorgeous and relaxing. We were traveling with a toddler and Ellen made sure we had everything you could need for a child. The house had lots of room and was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was a quick drive to plenty of things to do. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Loved this spot! Was the perfect weekend trip and close to lots of different places in the Hamptons. Grace was super responsive and the house was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Will hopefully be back soon. ☺️

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Clean, spacious, private basement apartment with some natural light. Very comfortable bed. Lovely backyard. Quiet, green residential neighborhood. Within 10 minute driving distance from Port Jefferson town center.

We really enjoyed staying here!!! The apartment was spotless and private. There is your own backyard with a fire pit and lights in the backyard that make it so serene. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your clothes in. We felt so at home and it was so peaceful! There is a Keurig with really unique coffee flavors to try....The bed is very comfortable. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb's. I am so glad we found it. The hosts were available via text and made sure our stay was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Def an ideal place to getaway.

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! We had a wonderful stay at Anthea’s place! It was private, cozy, and a perfect haven between busy activities with our 4 month old! It was clean, well stoked, and very homey. Anthea was friendly and very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The property and the space were gorgeous. The amenities were top notch and the kitchen ( which we took full advantage of ) had everything we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone in need of a peaceful private getaway.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. I had an amazing stay. The house was nice and very clean with everything I needed. The host was responsive and got back to me within minutes to provide me with items I needed or answer any questions I had. Overall it was peaceful and I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location right on a walkable beach, modern and new with great added features. A great retreat. Viola the host is super accommodating, responsive and a great host who gives you your own space and goes out of her way to make your time relaxed and stress free.

Was exactly as advertised

The cabin is lovely, with a great wrap-around deck overlooking a bucolic scenery complete with a river and cascades. Jessica was always helpful and responsive and the house is comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen which is unexpected in an Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The French cabin and Roksana was amazing. It was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Roksana was extremely responsive and kind, providing space while also answering any questions we had. She provided an amazing breakfast that made us feel like royalty. The area was beautiful and was a close drive to anything we needed. The whole cabin was beautiful and provided more than enough for us. We never wanted to leave!!

I’ve been to numerous Airbnb homes before, but this home was by far THE most gorgeous and breathtaking experience I’ve ever encountered! The design, architecture, lighting, & functionality of the home felt so well intentioned! Every detail was well thought of and every nuance about the house appeared to have a meaningful purpose! The windows that allowed nature and sunlight to come in was purely art! I felt I was in a heavenly oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city and a place I could escape and get away from with my partner! We didn’t want to leave! We would be beyond ecstatic to return in the near future! Thank you, Christine + James for being such gracious & accommodating hosts!

Great place to stay! Only a few minute drive to the boardwalk, about 10 mins from the state beach! Easy check in and quiet space! Felt so at peace
