Holiday rentals with breakfast in River Thames

Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

Katherine and Jonathan’s beautiful guest space was simply wonderful for my visit. I had a sad event to attend, having somewhere I could come back to, so I could enjoy my own company and relax with a warm bath and lovely surroundings that are clearly taken care of to a high standard and with love was very much evident. What stood out for me was the peaceful view out of the window whilst I enjoyed my morning coffee and the very tasty juice left in the fridge, a refreshing drink very much appreciated when I started it the evening before on my return from the event. I loved the space so much that a return visit is definitely in order with a visit to Kew Gardens whilst I am there. Katherine and Jonathan were extremely communicative hosts and they pretty much covered everything in their welcome to the house and the carefully thought out local guide.

This property was top notch! Hayley was absolutely professional and her service fantastic. The property is spacious, clean, homely and the host very friendly. She was available at any time we needed her and attended to every need promptly. If you are looking for a premium quality home away from home, I highly recommend this one! Well done Hayley 👌

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

I had a very peaceful stay at Maïte's place. It was very close to the station, easy to find and her home was just as described. She, her husband and the other guests were so friendly and chatty. Thanks so much!

Great stay of a few days at John’s. Lovely garden outlook complete with cats! A bit of a walk from the nearest underground station but there’s a rail station just a couple of minutes walk away. John was kind enough to leave fresh fruit, eggs and bread so these made for a great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s! As a family with a baby and a young child, it was perfect, peaceful and well equipped for our stay. We particularly loved having breakfast provided there in the mornings, and the view was fantastic! It is a short walk to Marlow city centre and we would definitely stay here again!

Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

I have stayed here many times before. James and Suzanne are amazing hosts and I would happily stay here more often but they are always booked up….I think that speaks volumes 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😊

This is a beautifully appointed flat that is convenient to the Summertown Shops around the corner. The bus service into Oxford City Centre is frequent and an easy trip. This is also a good place to catch the bus to Blenheim Palace. This charming flat is on a quiet street and Francesca is a terrific host.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

Nice airbnb located close to the train station which was great. Good for the price. Angie responded fast to any questions, which was greatly appreciated.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Lovely old cottage in a beautiful village. The bed is one of the comfiest I've been in. Everything you could need for a short stay. Gilly and her husband very friendly hosts.

The property was easy to find and we received clear instructions with a lovely welcoming sign. Check-in was a breeze and David was a super friendly host. The breakfast provided was exceptional and it was lovely to be able to pick a time for breakfast and there were various options. Inside was spotless, it was very clean and well presented and there was space to park our vehicle outside. Superb location, lovely countryside setting and great host. Would 100% return. Sarah greeted us and gave us the warmest welcome, this was an absolutely perfect countryside escape! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!
